酒店總結： 我們是國慶出遊 整個隴南的酒店價格都比較高一點 漢庭500 橘子600 整體來説這個酒店在房間面積和設施上面是比較好一點的 雖然貴了100塊錢 唯一一點 ！！！如果你們像我一樣一年四季都離不開空調 我建議你們還是換一個酒店 因為他空調衹能制熱或者製冷 真的理解不了 整個酒店都是統一的 後面酒店幫我們換房間等 還是解決不了環境温度熱的情況 因為整個大環境都是制熱 你的房間怎麼可能一直清爽！2天我被熱醒了6次 真的睡的很難受！！ 1.酒店環境： 整體都很乾凈 沒有可以看到明顯比較臟亂和走廊裏面有壞的東西 並且在電梯口配備的有消毒洗手液和濕巾 還是比較貼心 2.服務態度：沒有遇到過説不給你積極解決問題的 整體服務態度還是可以的 酒店經理Eric服務可以 一直都在很積極的解決問題 包括幫我們換房間 通過多種方法安撫我們的心情 挺盡職盡責的 我們也表示理解 做不到的我們也沒有辦法去要求別人 3.硬件設施：東西都是很新的 住的也很舒適 衹是有一點 我第一次酒店吹電扇 可能是我自己的原因？酒店的中央空調衹能制熱或者製冷 室温27度空調衹有熱風 我真的很無語 酒店告知我小孩兒多需要開暖風 一直到我離開我也沒搞明白什麼樣的小孩需要27 28度的室温蓋着被子睡覺？還是説不蓋被子 家長也不熱嗎？温度的不舒適讓我這兩天頻頻被熱醒 如果你對環境温度有要求的話我還是建議你們換個酒店 畢竟再好的設備睡不着也是沒有用的
