家庭出遊，定了五間房。老闆非常熱情，因為有長者孩子，有專人專車來景區門口接。一樓小院子很雅緻，二樓有個大露台，一大家喝喝茶，聊聊天，打打牌，吹着山裡的晚風，很舒適愜意。老闆娘親自帶着參觀振成樓，講解得也很詳細，專業，跟着老闆娘一直可以上到樓上。做菜手藝也很棒，全部光盤。

外婆家客棧位置很不錯，就在土樓王子景區內，我們中午自駕前往，因為遊客車子要晚點才能開進景區，老闆兒子開車在景區門口接我們！而且老闆是振成樓主家人，我們去參觀的時候老闆娘親自給我們講解帶我們一層層上樓去深度參觀拍照，體驗感十足，非常貼心的服務啊！而且他們家東西做得也很不錯，尤其是早餐的豬肉米粉，味道超好，湯鮮肉香，我們吃了個光光！

其實這個價格不算便宜，但是洗浴用品什麼的希望用心一點吧，配的毛巾看起來黑黑的，碰都不敢碰一下。還有花灑，晚上8-10之間洗澡，水壓不穩定，洗到一半沒水，等個一兩分鐘才慢慢出水，有點崩潰。另外，可能是木質結構，隔音也一般般。

房間非常實用，乾淨衞生，不潮濕，木質吊頂很好，床上用品使用舒適，院子的花花草草開得很漂亮，看得出老闆的用心，飯菜也實惠好吃，值得入住。

在景區裏面，老闆人很好，位置便利，環境非常幽靜，窗外就是田野，私房菜也做的挺好吃，門口的狗狗非常活潑可愛，推薦大家入住外婆家民宿！

民宿很有品味，很乾凈，有回家的感覺，住在景區裏，晚上看燈光秀也很方便，權當是飯後散步。用餐也是在民宿，帶了孩子，燉了雞湯，一雞兩吃，蔬菜是新鮮，都超好吃，又超實惠，實在是太讚了！洗衣服曬衣服也很方便，推薦。

老闆娘很熱情，就在景區附近，很不錯的民宿，住的很開心，玩的也很不錯，民宿還可以吃飯，遊玩下來差不多要2個小時左右
