我們這次訂的是家庭房，寬敞明亮，設施齊全，衞生搞的也乾淨，就是在五樓，有點高，爬上爬下有點吃力。位置好，就在小街上，離土樓王不遠，走幾分鐘就到，周邊有賣早餐的，有飯店，挺方便的。

沒電梯。停車就在店門口衹能停三台車。房間算是乾淨整潔，衞生間有電吹風，標房面積比較小。離景區很近，老闆晚上帶去等土樓每人10元。

老闆人很好，開始入住的房間後面因為能聽到附近河流的聲音，主動幫我們換房間，還幫忙提行李服務很好，最後走的時候由於我提前要走時間有點匆忙，還幫我載到公交站點，很好的一次入住體驗！

房間佈置得很温馨，老闆娘超好，給客人泡免費茶喝。民宿兩邊都是小飯店，吃飯很方便。民宿離景區後門衹步行3分鐘，離土樓王也近。門口就可以停車，晚上還可以再進景區看夜景。
