Very convenient location, good service. The room I was assigned had a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains and the sea. Very comfortable.

A pretty good hotel in the Arctic! The room service and front desk are very good. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich. The front desk can arrange activities in the Arctic and help book!

The Vault is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Cosy and warm, clean and fresh - I absolutely loved it. I will stay again no problem at all !

Cute hotel with access to local sights.  My flight out got canceled, and they were very accommodating.  Had a great stay here. 

Clean, comfortable, centre of town , delicious breakfast, reception staff very good, everything you need from a hotel & it also has an excellent Japanese restaurant in it - Nuga Sushi 

The location are really good for get stuff if you need.

The Vault is situated in a convenient part of Longyearbyen. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice and quiet hotel with the essential services. Like most other hotels in town The Vault is near the center. Staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel has a No-Shoes policy.

Good place to stay for work for a couple of nights. Breakfast was good, not too far to walk into town for an evening meal. 

Centrally located and easy to enjoy all the sites in town and nearby.

Breakfast was rich! Choose a lot of these! This hotel is the only 4-star hotel in Svalbard! There are saunas and outdoor baths! It's warm inside the hotel! Also close to the local supermarket! Environmental facilities are really good, love his sauna! It's so comfortable!

Very nice staff. A wonderful retreat with a good warm shower that is very relaxing after a day in the Arctic air. The hotel has a cozy breakfast room with fresh fruit, smoothies, and, I believe, fresh salmon. The hotel also sells souvenirs, which I thought were very nice.

We stayed here in February 22 and it was everything we needed!  Central location in town, staff were always friendly, room was clean and a good choice for breakfast.  Thank you for having us, we would love to come back and visit!
