Great hotel. Perfect location, friendly staff and nice breakfast. No fridge in room, although it was very clean, modern and bathroom had heated floor. Would certainly return!

There is a self-funded airport bus to the hotel at Longyearbyen Airport. The hotel is isolated at the bus station. After getting off the bus, you can walk to the hotel reception in about 3 minutes. We live in a building opposite the reception, which is 3 floors high. The elevator is broken these days, so we have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor! The buffet breakfast is very rich!

The hotel is located on the street in the city center, with easy access to famous attractions such as the world's northernmost supermarket and the northern post office. Although the room is not large, it is very neat and clean. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich and very cost-effective.

The location is very good, the first stop for the airport bus

There is a bus from the airport directly to the hotel entrance. It takes about 15 minutes to enter. You need to take off your shoes. The room is not big but it is very clean. It has heating and floor heating. The breakfast is not many and tastes good. The staff are very friendly. There is an outdoor specialty store and a supermarket on the street in front of the hotel. The restaurant is also delicious. I recommend staying here.

There is a direct bus from the airport, the location is very good, and the room is very large and the facilities are very new, but the indoors here need to take off their shoes at the door. will stay again

Too beautiful, too beautiful, too beautiful

A basic hotel room with separate bathroom. No fridge which is typical in Scandinavia. I say it is a basic 3 star hotel with excellent staff. The restaurant Polfareren has some amazing dishes. Make sure you try the snow crab bisque it is truly amazing and delicious.

A perfect hotel! Located in the middle of the town, everything is nearby and walking distance. Hotel is very warm and cost, staff are incredible and very welcoming. Room is a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect with a lot of options. Could not find any fault. All around a perfect hotel!

It was great to stay here. The rooms were spacious and warm. They include breakfast (buffet style) that has hot and cold food, a variety of juices, hot coffee and tea; and plenty of options to pick from. The reception staff were professional and friendly; and very willing to help you. I would stay here again.
