The hostel was quite cosy. The lady at the reception was friendly. The breakfast was also good. Bathroom was clean. It probably was the cheapest hostel you could find at Longyearbyen.

Very clean! Nice and friendly staff. Free coffe and tea in the kitchen. A bit noisy from the hall when people walk past the room. Would recommend. A bit far away from the city center.

The experience was amazing that I had to book 3 more nights because the activities they had to offer were amazing and worthy of another 3 days
I’d recommend guesthuset 102 for anyone without big travel plans any day any time. Amazing guests and amazing service

Very clean hostel, the service staff are very enthusiastic to introduce local activities, there is an activity area where you can watch TV. It is a little far from the city and requires a while to walk.

The room was very warm and the breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles, which cannot be found anywhere. Thanks to the perfect breakfast, we had the energy to take risks during the activities. The counter staff are also very patient and willing to help solve problems.Thank you, Angie.

A beautiful place out of the town, everything nice and clean. Really good breakfast everyday. Receptionists very friendly and willing to help u with anything anytime. We have seen beautiful northern lights just outside of our room. If we go back to Svalbard we gonna stay here again 1000%

Kind staff, clean establishment, good atmosphere :) I need to reach two hundreds characters so I'll just write some more. The position in Nybyen requires walking to town and to the harbor, but it is also close to the trails' starts and the mountainous landscape.

This place is amazing! And spending Christmas here was the best experience I had in a couple years. Feels cozy and like home. You can meet a lot of very nice people here. I wish I could stay for New Year's Eve. And of course, Angie is the best host. Thank you Angie!
