Best Western Plus Lonoke Hotel

It was an ok hotel. A bit on the older side.

Great people and staff. Great price and wonderful room and bed. Very kind and helpful. Love the coffee machine! Great breakfast too. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

The lady working the night shift, as we arrived between midnight and 1 am, was so pleasant and helpful. Our beds were really comfortable and having breakfast the next day was even better. Fresh fruit, eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, it was worth the stay even if we only got to really take a nap before getting back on the road. The breakfast area was super clean and that made for a nice experience also.

“Nick” the Indian owner is the cheapest most unprofessional owner I have ever dealt with. I went to breakfast to fill my coffee mug with coffee for the days trip as I am a truck driver and drive over the road. I was confronted by Nick saying “you are not allowed to fill personal mugs, I can’t afford to give everyone coffee” I was shocked as I stay at BW hotels across the entire nation and have never had this policy. He went on to raising his voice after I asked his name and said “ I am Nick the owner not some small time person around here, I can’t afford this and you expect me to give you a discount?!” I’m not really sure what he meant by that as I never asked for any discount but he is extremely rude and caused a large scene in the breakfast area and all the hotel guests starting leaving saying “I don’t need this s@&$ first thing in the morning”. The room was clean for the most part and I would definitely warn against their oversized parking as there is a large dip that makes it extremely hard to back your truck/trailer into and could potentially cause damage. The hotel would have got a good review but the owner “Nick” is extremely small minded and small thinking, and most of all penny pinching cheap and I am shocked after being attacked for getting “too much coffee” I can’t believe he thinks people are screwing him by getting coffee. I would definitely stay across the parking lot at Days Inn next time with much better truck parking and half the price, I’m willing to bet they would let you have coffee in the morning too lol. Good luck “Nick” you can have your coffee and a $120 empty room next time smh ‍♂️

We stay here every trip from Texas to Ohio. People are nice, room clean, bed comfortable. The only suggestion would be to add grab bars in the tub.

Weary travelers checked in late and crashed hard! The beds were comfy and the room was as advertised. Not a lot of seating in the breakfast area, so we just took it back to the room.

Everything was great except the television was hard to maneuver thru and totally went away at 7:00pm

Everything from start to finish was excellent! We enjoyed our stay so very much! Great experience! Will stay again!
