The location is convenient, about 30 minutes' drive from the airport. The room is clean and tidy, and it also comes with snacks to welcome guests, which is very considerate.
The overall reception process was very smooth. Although I didn't have time to enjoy the hotel facilities this time because of the short time, I would still like to stay here if I come again next time.

The room was very clean and nice. There was a supermarket about 100 meters away, which was very convenient. The breakfast was quite rich. You could see the seaside from the window.

Their hospitality service is outstanding. Every single member of the staff was helpful and kind. The views from the room were amazing and the amenities too. If you are looking for a hotel with Spa and Gym facilities this is the one.

Hotel was good, clean, friendly staff! Only in my opinion the wrong bar is open for 24 hours…this should be the rooftop instead of the cold downstairs bar. They should also have added that you have to wear a swimming cap in the indoor pool because then I would not have booked this hotel. We chose this hotel for the indoor swimming pool. Beds and pillows very good, problems are solved immediately. Bathrooms need an update because showering in a bath is no longer a thing of the past. Breakfast is good and the service there is also very helpful. Top: install the bolt app for taxis and you will be taken to the other side of the center for 3 euros

Furniture in poor condition, dirty curtains and the furniture itself with stains (oil).
Cleaning not carried out properly or not at all, as can be seen in the photos where the pillowcase was clean/changed but the pillows are filthy.
Jacuzzi regrettably out of service and the indoor pool with relatively cold water.
The paid room was an executive one and for a 5-star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. The only positive points are the excellent breakfast and the roof top.
