Dschungel pur. Eine bezaubernde Hütte mit romantischem Kerzenlicht, nicht weit hinter San Regis gelegen. Naturbelassen und doch sehr sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail und fließendem Wasser und all das mitten im Dschungel. Juan Carlos, der sehr nette Besitzer der Lodge, geht auf alle Wünsche ein, sodass kein vorgefertigtes Programm erfüllt werden muss. Ein aufregender Canopy-Walk (ein Steg/Weg in den Baumwipfeln), eine idyllische Fahrt mit dem Boot in der Dämmerung sowie eine spannende Tour durch den Dschungel sind nur ein paar Möglichkeiten der vorhandenen Aktivitäten. Erholung bieten dann Schwimmen in einer nahen Lagune oder Relaxen auf schwebenden Liegen im oberen Stock der Lodge und einfach nur in den Urwald lauschen. Liebevoll versorgt wird man von Johnny (auch der Guide) und seiner Familie. Perfekte Tage in einer malerisch umwerfenden Landschaft!

Originally we planned to stay only 2 nights in the lodge, but the second we entered, it was just so charming, that we immediately decided to stay one night longer. Our room was nicely decorated and romantic (because there is only electricity available during the day through solar panels, so we only had candles for lightning at night, but for me that was part of the adventure). Juan Carlos, the owner of the lodge, and Johnny, the local guide, are really sweet (one night we were playing cards until late in the night) and know so much interesting stuff about the jungle and the life of the local people. And Juan Carlos speaks perfect english by the way. Plus they are really flexible with the organisation of tours to the jungle and have a lot of possible things to offer that you can do while you stay there - boat tours, hikes through the jungle, a canopy walk nearby,... Or you can just hang around in the lodge (they have floating beds on the second floor) and listen to the jungle surrounding the lodge. In summary it was just a perfect and fun experience staying there.
