J'ai séjourné dans l'hôtel restaurant de septembre 2023 à juin 2024, au rythme de 3 à 6 nuits par mois en moyenne. L'équipe de Brit Hôtel Kerotel est très professionnelle et à l'écoute de ses clients. Durant la période, je n'ai jamais été déçue. Tout était parfait : de l'état de propreté des chambres, avec une qualité de matelas irréprochable, en passant par l'accueil et la disponibilité des membres de l'équipe, jusqu'aux repas pris au restaurant qui sont vraiment de qualité ! Je recommande vivement que ce soit pour un séjour professionnel ou en famille. J'y retournerai dès que je serais dans le secteur de Lorient.

Séjour simple et sans problème.
Accompagnant un Séjour d’un groupe de jeunes handballeuses, je recommande cet hôtel pour son calme. Tout est bien sauf peut-être l’accueil surprenant sans personne. Mais le téléphone a très bien fonctionné et nous avons trouvé nos chambres sans difficultés. Merci.

Très bon accueil et chambre très bien rénovée. Cuisine raffinée, choix important. Situé dans une zone commerciale, loin de la mer et du centre ville. Chambre 42 au Rdc. Contrairement à d'autres chambres celle ci ne bénéficie ni de rideau translucide ni de film occultant. De ce fait j'ai été obligé de garder fermé le rideau opaque m'obligeant à vivre à la lumière électrique ou à la vue des des gens sur le parking. Autre détail ennuyeux, la position du distributeur de papier toilette est très inconfortable. La porte de la chambre n'isole pas suffisamment du bruit du couloir, on entend les gens parler. Il est également dommage que l'hotel n'autorise pas de sortir pas les sorties de secours donnant sur le parking, ce qui oblige à parcourir les couloirs moquettés avec une valise qui n'aime pas rouler sur ce type de revêtement.
