On 10/18/2024 we are between 8 p.m. after a trying trip, we came across a more than unpleasant receptionist. After a violent gesture towards one of us we asked for the manager, following this the receptionist decided not to give us our reservation registered 1 month. We had to call the police to force her to give us the keys to our room. Otherwise the hotel would have offered us a pleasant and clean environment, too bad this receptionist ruined our stay.
