The air conditioning in the room did not work. They change my room and the same thing happens. Being in the middle of July and the air conditioning not working is impossible to sleep. I talked to other people to see if it was me and they all told me the same thing. It cannot be that a 4-star hotel does not have air conditioning, especially in that area where in summer it is very hot and very humid.

A comfortable place to rest on vacation, great pool and slides. The only drawback I see is that the photos show more machinery than there is actually in the gym, otherwise everything is great.
