Best Western Plus Hotels in Los Angeles

The rooms were very nice but the cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom had toothpaste on floor and wall. Dirty in the bathroom floor and our toilet was backed up. Breakfast was edible. But the eggs were watery and the sausage patty looked like a half cooked hockey puck. Front desk was very nice. All hotel employees were nice and helpful. Lots of trash in the hallways. It seems people don't use the trash cans provided. The beds were super comfortable.

It's very convenient to shop nearby, but the soundproofing is not very good, and the neighbors often throw things hard. The breakfast is very satisfying, and I am very happy to eat it freely.

I chose this accommodation near Universal Studios. The environment and breakfast were pretty good. The check-in procedure was quite strict. The small parking lot was 15🔪 a night, which was quite expensive. There was a water dispenser and coffee machine in the lobby.

The hotel was clean, with extremely friendly employees!! They made sure we were comfortable and even gave us a balcony room :)

The hotel is right next to the highway, convenient for travel, and next to IKEA. The lobby is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is simple. Bed was comfortable and nicely made. Hot water was instant. Towels were clean. Breakfast was ok. Good enough to fill up and go. My issue was that I think the carpet doesn’t get shampooed. I walked around barefoot for maybe 15 minutes in the room to settle in, then I saw a lot of dirt come off my feet in the shower. Please kindly shampoo or more thoroughly vacuum your carpets. Thank you.
