Great location, friendly staff, free parking - what more can you expect!! Will def come back if I’m ever back in Hollywood!

good. Not bad at all. The vending machines didn’t work . But there’s a gas station across the street

Good hotel to go with family. They didn't make our room in the 3 nights we stayed.

The room is quite clean and comfortable, but the water pressure in the shower head feels a bit low when taking a shower. In addition, please note that the hotel parking fee is about US$35. You may consider looking for free roadside parking spaces nearby. 

The location is in the Hollywood area, suitable for people without cars. Because it's conveniently close to train stations, buses, and tourist attractions in the Hollywood area. But the tourist attractions in LA are far from each other. This hotel is convenient for people going to the Universal Studio Hollywood Observatory. But if going to other places like Santa Beverly Hill Beach, you can take the bus or train.

TV did not work. We talked to the front desk and they came to try and solve the problem and failed. They offered to move us or comp the parking. Then wife found dirty hairy wash clothes in the bathroom. They said they would bring new ones and failed. My wife had to go get new ones on her own. They stated they forgot about us. Just very unhappy with this stay all together. Especially for the price we paid! Never again!

Location great. Didn’t have a great check in experience. Had to wait a long time for someone at reception to appear. Then gave me hassle about check in and parking because my husband wasn’t with me, he was trying to figure out where to park. Not a good first impression.

We had a great time staying in this hotel coz it was accessible to all kind of transportation. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable bed as well.

Everything about The Adler was better than expected except for the service and parking. The room was modern, comfortable, and fairly large for being in a city. The location is in walking distance from downtown Hollywood as long as you don't mind walking a few blocks. And, the general ambiance of the hotel was fun, particularly for a stay in SoCal. My only complaints are that the staff wouldn't print a pass for me and didn't have a computer or printer for guests to use. I also hate valet parking, but it wasn't bad.

The staff were great. The general appearance of the hotel was nice if a bit older. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door that kept falling off the track and it felt dangerous. Also we were two couples and this left for less privacy when using the bathroom. Great location for Hollywood Palladium shows.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for exploring Hollywood and easy access to freeways for other Southern California destinations. Considering the age of the building and the star rating, the room felt very swanky and cool. The street noise was muffled very well by the shutters in the rooms, the beds were comfortable, and the Old Hollywood decor was fantastic. I miss daily housekeeping that was standard in hotels pre-covid. This hotel said we could have housekeeping every second day on request, however when we requested clean towels and garbage takeaway mid week they forgot to do it. We had to ask for towels again late that evening when we returned. The valet parking was a surprise but worked out very well. Plan to have small bills on hand to tip the valets as they do a great job. We did not try the restaurant as the prices seemed high but Kettle Glazed Donuts a block away was great for morning coffee and donuts. There is also a grocery store just down the street.

Everyone at the hotel was great! Very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was always happening with a hip vibe. Full of people all ages. It drew in locals for dinner/drinks and was a cool spot for travelers to unwind .
