Great place to visit LA, very economical and good value, DTLA is a bit sketchy but overall safe. App and codes make it pretty convenient.

I arrived at a room with a broken window and only discovered it the next day. The location is in downtown LA where I heard constant sirens and loud noises every night. I didn't feel safe staying in that area. The hotel asked me to pay for the repair fee despite knowing what kind of neighborhood they are located in. If you want to stay, I'd advise you to thoroughly check EVERYTHING after you check-in. $2000 repair fee out of nowhere is no fun.

Location, service and facilities are good. Room is slightly small but with everything we need. I think location is safe.

The location was not bad, and there was a staff member on the first floor, so I was able to safely store my luggage. The best part was that laundry was free, and you could even dry it in the room. It is rare to find a hotel like this at this price. I am glad I found out about the Sonder brand. (However, there are no slippers, so be sure to bring them with you... I bought them at the nearby Ross.)

Very comfortable, spacious, and with a simple kitchen, it exceeded expectations! The front desk was very welcoming, there is a subway nearby, convenient for travel, and there is a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.

The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient for travel, but the city is quite noisy, and the hotel curtains are average in terms of blackout.
