Don’t any hotels in America have slippers? I didn’t bring it myself so it was very inconvenient. But the good thing about this hotel is that it has a washing machine and dryer in the room, which is really convenient. The location is very good, just 200 meters away from the Avenue of Stars. It's very convenient to go out. But this place is not very safe. Can't go out at night

New furnishings. Room was quite noisy throughout the night due to hallway noise. The door is thin and has a large gap at the bottom so all hallway noise in the busy apartment building/hotel to enters the room.

The property is in a good location for seeing some of the key sights in LA including Hollywood and Beverly Hills. We could walk to the Hollywood Bowl. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was large and very clean. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave but there were no plates, utensils or proper cups which could easily be included. Our room was facing a busy road which was noisy and there was an alarm on in the lobby for many hours. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. I would consider staying here again if we had a room further away from the main road.

Hotel?
It was a nice place but don’t let the hotel in the name fool you. There’s no check in desk no staff. Pretty much just a studio rental in and apartment complex. It’s was clean but the floors could be mopped better. Kitchen has just about everything you needed. Sleeps well. But if you’re looking for traditional hotel amenities I don’t think you’ll find it here.

Had some issues but the room was nice.
Room was very nice. There was a charge that was not supposed to happen but when i asked about it the refunded it right away. The parking situation is not great they send you to a parking garage that is down the street on a hill that doesnt have security. A sign with the qr code had graffity on it warning you not to park due to break ins and no security. We did not get an access code to the pool but probably could have it asked. Beds were very hard but the room was very nice. I would stay again if i didnt have my car.

Best hotel in Hollywood
Loved staying at Fenix Hotel. I have absolutely no complaints at all.
It's new, clean, safe and at a great location just a block from Hollywood Blvd.
My room had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need, and a bathroom with a tub and washer/dryer.
Loved the simple online check in on the phone, simple and convenient.
Will definitely stay here again!

Fenix Falling
Fenix is a human free check-in, which is fine, but not if you don’t give complete entry codes to the entry gate, the front door, or the room. The rooms are a bit like the dorm of a college student, but again, fine. They are more or less clean, if not well maintained. There was a huge scratch on the wall by the bed, and the handle on the shower was ready to fall off. On top of that, the first room I was in didn’t have working internet.i called, and was asked to restart the router. That required me moving furniture and getting down on my hands and knees because the router was on the floor and the cord was too short to pick it up. Anyway, rebooting the router didn’t help. So, they moved me to a different room, which also didn’t have internet for a night. On top of that, the walls were so thin that the traffic outside sounded like it was passing by right under your window. I stayed at a truly disgusting Motel 6 once that had a broken vending machine, bugs, smelled bad, carpet peeling up, and an air conditioner that was blowing moldy Freon at me. Only that was worse than the Fenix.
