Room was not cleaned properly. The carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in months and it was quite dirty. However when complained to the hotel, they took responsibility and cleaned it right away.

Good location,no slippers, Los Angeles Grand Sheraton Hotel is excellent! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Hotel is located in down area around with a lot of restaurants, staff are friendly, but the down side is the parking $ 64 per day

The shower area is less than 3x3 foot. Do not have bath gell. A 5 stars hotel provide a budget hotel shower area. Very very disappointed with the money spend.
