Nice hotel and easy access to alot of restaurant by walking and metro station. The hotel isn't look old like the pictures. I believe they have refurbished recently. My husband and myself enjoyed the stay very much.

The room is large and clean. In Chinatown, the price is high, the facilities are complete, and the front desk staff is very communicative. The hygienist came to Los Angeles from Guangzhou 18 years ago. She enthusiastically helped introduce the situation and allowed us to view and choose a house. The hotel environment is also good, and the breakfast is OK. Western food in American hotels is just like this, and it is far inferior to the buffets in good hotels in China.

The price is cheap in every aspect, and there are many Chinese restaurants around, but Chinatown is too rundown.

The hotel used my credit card for 400 US dollars, and it has not been refunded for more than a week. It said it was a deposit, but it was not a deposit at all. I asked the customer service about the credit card for consumption. It is a black shop!

Very clean. Wish we had a microwave. Great for families. Parking costs $18 per night. The hotel has a different feel to the other Best Westerns I have stayed in. The breakfast was good. I just wished they didn't have the potatoes and sausage in the same tray. As a vegetarian, I wasn't able to have warm potatoes for breakfast as it was mixed up with meat. Overall, a good stay.

Enjoyed the desk clerk and the parking garage attendant. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast? Not great. Good restaurant within walking distance. California restaurant prices are shockingly high.

They explicitly not mentioning parking is not free when we book hotel and also everyone is not getting the paid parking as well when we check-in late night. Air conditioner is making noise and Male receptionist was rude and not providing new room inspite of air conditioner making noise, finally after arguing he accepted to change room.
