Great place to stay. The hotel was clean and quiet and had a restaurant. The area was very nice.

This hotel is very clean and good location, if you want to eat some Korean food it is near here . If next time goes to LA , I will choose this hotel again. I was very happy to find Garden Suite hotel.

The cleaning service sign is hung up and the room is not cleaned. There is a strange smell in the room, which is a very uncomfortable experience.

I don't want to write a review, but I'm posting it for future visitors. Except for the location, everything else was the worst. A place I will never stay again. You have to bring your own towels every day, you don't clean it even after staying for several days, you don't change the bedding, you do the cleaning yourself every day, and the garbage stays the same for a few days. There is no place to eat other than the bar in the hotel. It seems to be a problem with the hotel owner and management rather than the staff.

Was unable to make it to the reservation and staff wouldn’t refund my stay. Even paid for insurance

Let’s start from the beginning. I checked into this hotel that I booked through *******. First of the parking was 10 underneath the hotel. Entering into the dark old garage which is too low to enter was the first issue. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood and it feels insafe. I gwg to my hotel room which is in the back of the hotel it’s too small to even move in the room. I immediately tell the front desk the issue which the guy stated I know we can give you a bigger room no politely said no thank you I’ll just leave I don’t feel safe and the hotel is not how it’s pictured. He stated I can’t do a refund call ******* and tell them to call me I’ll get you your refund. Called ******* to I for them which they called to hotel and confirmed but the manager wasn’t available until the next day. She insured me a refund that the hotel agent said they would refund. It’s been a month. They told ******* the changed their minds. It’s nonrefundable. 157 wasted on a room and hotel I refused to stay in. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The rooms are horrible, dirty and small.

Bed is so uncomfortable and like a rock. You get 2 flat pisllows to go with it which are also not comfortable. My TV wasnt working and they sent someone up in 3 mins and he fixed it. The shower works good and has good pressure with hot hot water. Though the shower handle is full of mold. The peep hole of the door is damaged so you cannot see who is at your door. The lobby looks amazing but the rooms are like paper thin walls. You can hear the people in the other rooms especially the people above you. Loud stomping will wake you up. Parking is under the building. Area has a lot of foot traffic but are food and store options close by.

Horrible beds. For sleeping 4 the beds where small and terrible, this is not a 3 star hotel! Barely 2 star!

Room was way dirtier than it should be, hair in the shower still. Items left from previous people. Water on the bathroom floor when we walked in and the neither the fan nor lights work? Motel 6’s accommodate people drastically better than this!

While the location was good, the rooms at this hotel need updating as they are very small. The curtains appeared quite dirty. Unfortunately there is no room service or dry cleaning offered. When we inquired about dry cleaning, the staff seemed confused as if we were asking about extraterrestrial beings. The free WiFi was easily accessible without needing to log in, likely allowing anyone nearby to use it and cause heavy traffic. We experienced lagging and inability to stream videos due to this congestion. Business travelers planning to utilize the internet should consider using a personal hotspot instead. Additionally, there was a mini fridge but no microwave available in the room. Some improvements to the rooms, services, and WiFi would enhance guests' experience.

Pros: hotel is in a great location if you're looking for a variety of food options. Easily can walk to numerous restaurants. Parking is safe but costs an extra 10/night. Rooms were clean and sanitized well. I thought the staff was nice as well. Cons: Building is a bit old so don't expect a fancy room. TV isn't a smart tv but there is cable. Walls are a bit thin so can hear some outside noise.

Had a noise complaint called on us while we were trying to sleep. Security guard knocked on our door 4 times at 2am and tried to get me to open the door which I refused to do as I was a little wary with a strange man outside the door.
