For a hotel that costs 3000+ a night, the shower head is broken, water splashes everywhere, and the hair dryer and phone are patina from the 90s. The toilet stinks! The room is very dim, the room hygiene is a mess, the details are very dirty, and even the rag is forgotten on the table after cleaning.
