I just had an amazing stay at Sheraton Hotel.The hospitality was exceptional, with friendly staff that made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a perfect retreat after a busy day. The amenities were fantastic, I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!"

I booking the room for my family 2 adults 2 kids and kid stay free but i didn’t know i have to make a bed for my kids by myself too.

The hotel and staff were amazing! Walking distance from universal and not too pricey! Nice refreshing infused water in the lobby and they even served starbucks!

Customer service OnPoint checked in, was awesome well sat at the bar ordered the flatbread pizza some drinks tasty to say the least great job great stay great room pool could use a little updating still nice the guy that checked me in. Don’t want to mess up his name, but was nothing less than impressive to say the least, will definitely stay there again. Shuttle ride to the park and back was well received. Thank you for the great stay.

it is disappointed/ unexpected parking is not included, need to pay extra. July 21-22 when we stay , employees strike in the early morning and wake us up. Employee signed me up to earn their reward points but as now still did not received any email or confirmation.....

Hi, I had a short trip to Universal Studios and booked the Sheraton Universal. All the ambience, cleaning was good. However raised questions on the room size with the reception several times. However did not get a positive response. I would suggest the new customers to check the size before you book for your family. Overall good experience but could have being memorable if I got a good size rooms. Thank you!
