Clean hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is quite good, very close to the getty museum. I went to the getty and saw the hotel from the balcony 😂 There’s a bus stop just outside the hotel too, very convenient

Great location with easy access to the 405, UCLA, and Getty Center. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was very attentive and food was excellent. Valet staff were timely and efficient. Would stay here again.

Good complementary Uber. Cool LED lights. Clean and comfy big bed.

Hotel is very accessible to West Side of L.A. Modern, upscale property with great views of Century City and downtown from the upper floors＞ Staff very accommodating and friendly, especially considering this is a "No Tipping" hotel. Highly recommed.

The hotel can use Uber to take you there for free. Of course, the return trip is also possible, but you need to call the hotel to make an appointment. In order to reduce trouble, take bus 761 point-to-point back to the hotel. There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, which is also convenient to go to UCLA.

The rooms are clean and tidy and all in good condition. But the Muji bath towel I brought with me is missing...and there are 2 washed nks...

Front desk staff are enthusiastic and solve problems quickly

It's very close to the Getty Center and UCLA. The room is quite big and has a small balcony. However, it's close to the highway, so it's noisy when you open the door.
