I heard the safety of Los Angeles (especially around sightseeing area )was getting worse so I choose this hotel. I went to Disney land,dodgers stadium,and beaches, all by Uber. The room was usual,nothing special. The part that I didn’t like was very low Shower pressure. I liked the location of the hotel because it took only 10min by free shuttle bus from LAX and 15min by walking to get to in and out burger. I also liked the breakfast buffet, I could save money and time I guess.

This is the closest hotel near the airport. It took 10mins to get here. Got the room with the view and can see the planes take in and off and yet no noise. There’s good restaurant inside the hotel however there’s a cafe called rinaldi 2mins walk and it’s amazing. I enjoyed the milkshake and avocado toast. Will definitely stay in this hotel on my next trip.

The staff initially could not find my reservation and she told me to pay as a walk in client first and will refund until I sort the issue out myself with Trip.com. Then her supervisor came out and told me the same thing. I then asked that supervisor to help call Trip.com (Hyatt Regency’s business partner) to resort this out. He refused. Terrible service, at the end he tried to use my companion name that I put for my room and could find my reservation. It wasted me 30 minutes at the reception. In addition, I think Trip.com had an issue too as why it put my reservation under my companion name, despite I used my name to book the room. I also wanted to give zero star rating to Trip.com!

Great shuttle driver which go beyond his duty to pick up a 46 lbs luggage. Room looks clean. No hot water available. Also water dispenser available in our floor.

The hotel's location is excellent, earning a 5/5 rating from you. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The cleanliness of the hotel is only rated as "okay" at 3/5, which suggests there is room for the hotel to enhance its cleaning standards and ensure a more consistently high level of cleanliness throughout the property. The most significant concerns appear to be with the hotel's service and facilities, both of which are rated as "terrible" at 1/5. The reduction in the complimentary water provided to guests, from a full bottle per room to just one, is viewed as overly stingy and inconsiderate. Additionally, the lengthy delay and multiple phone calls required to obtain basic amenities like toothpaste and a toothbrush from the housekeeping staff is unacceptable. Guests should not have to persistently follow up to receive such essential items in a timely manner. To address these issues, the hotel management should review its service training protocols, ensure adequate staffing levels, and invest in improving the quality and accessibility of its facilities and amenities. By addressing these shortcomings, the hotel can enhance the overall guest experience and work towards regaining customer satisfaction.

The Market could have been l little more stocked than it was. It was amazing to us that the room was so quiet. We didn’t hear any planes or jets! We would stay there again. G & L Mossa

This hotel costs about USD200 per night but with no service no bottle water no sleeper. The shower is out if order so no shower available. Shuttles to airport will take 20 mins to wait and 30 mins to arrive so about 1 hour from hotel to airport. If take over it will costs about USD 23. Considering the uber to LAX from city center is about the same this hotel is not recommended at all.

Very near airport. We took a shuttle bus from LAX T4. Just look out for the signs for hotel shuttle. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We are near the airport but it wasn’t noisy. We rested well after arriving past midnight. The room is a little dim as the room just has a very stylish light piece.

Quick to get to from LAX. Complimentary hotel shuttle came quickly and regularly. Nice to have after a long flight. Room was good and clean.

There is a short shuttle service from the departure hallway to the hotel. Excellent gym and counter service
