I was disappointed with my overall experience. First of all, the cleanliness of my first room was terrible: there were hairs on the headboard and mattress, the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly, and there were even obvious urine stains. It is hard to believe that this is the standard of a five-diamond hotel. What made me even more dissatisfied was that when I reported the situation to the staff, they told me that the hotel's cleaning staff had already left work. Even in a three-star hotel, I have never encountered a hotel where all the cleaning staff had left work after 5 pm. Afterwards, I reported the situation to the front desk, and the front desk staff had a blank expression and simply said that they would upgrade my room. They did not show any concern or apology for my problem at all. I felt that my complaint was not taken seriously at all. In addition, the hotel's service response speed was very slow. Every time I needed additional room supplies, I had to call the room service number twice. The first time they promised to deliver it later, but until I returned to the room at night, the items were still not delivered. Only after I called again to urge them did they finally deliver it, as if the previous request was completely forgotten. The blackout curtains in the room were mostly effective, but some corners could not completely block out the light, causing sunlight to penetrate in the morning and affect sleep. Moreover, the hotel is located in the city center, and the sound insulation is not good. At night, you can hear the sound of racing cars and even helicopters outside, which seriously affects your rest. It is worth mentioning that the food in the restaurant on the 71st floor is excellent overall. In particular, the quality of the meat is very good, but the meat was a little cold when it was served, which made it taste old and slightly greasy. However, the service in the restaurant is very good and the staff is very thoughtful. In general, the hygiene, service and sound insulation of this hotel need to be improved, but the performance of the restaurant is the highlight of this stay.

I stayed on the 64th floor and was very satisfied. It is the best hotel in Los Angeles.
