I would never stay there again. While I was taking a shower, cockroaches came out of the drain. The customer service was also very poor, and the front desk girl was incredibly rude. Despite informing them that I was there for work, they placed me next to the exit, resulting in constant door slamming throughout the night. When I went to retrieve my car from valet, they informed me that I wasn't the only one who had experienced cockroaches in the room, and that I was right to have checked out early. I highly advise against booking this hotel, as they clearly have a serious pest infestation problem!! .

The hotel has luxury standards, complete equipment, beautiful environment, service concept and integrity management. It is convenient to watch basketball games in the NBA, and is close to the nearest stadium.

Pretty clean, but charges a mandatory $30 for daily food & beverage credit, doesn’t roll over, so if you don’t use it in one day, it doesn’t add up to the next day.

Very bad. I paid 1400 on Ctrip and got to the hotel and they added 700 for no reason.
The key point is that the room of 2100 is just like Home Inn Express. It's no exaggeration. I don't know who pressed the fire alarm. The alarm rang for 2 hours in the middle of the night. There is no elevator. I have to walk.

Everything else is good. It's very close to the arena. After paying with Ctrip, I was charged an extra $35 per room per night. I can't tell why I was charged because I had a deposit, so I was forced to charge it.

Because I came to Los Angeles to watch football, this hotel is very close to Staples and has convenient transportation. The subway station is right outside. The only drawback is that the room is very small.

The room is relatively small and comfortable, but the shower gel in the room ran out and was not replenished in time.
