This place is beautiful, 35min-1hr from the airport 30min to Cabo San Lucas. When we arrived they told us we were in a lower level room than we paid for but we’re “upgrading us for free” to the room we had actually poked to begin with. This is a resort plow I have always found to be a turn off right at check in. The staff including Rafa at aqua were fun, funny, and friendly. Glad to share knowledge and help learn Spanish terms. The room was absolutely stunning and had everything that was listed in the advertisements. We try not to stay at the same resort twice as we like to experience variety. This resort may be an exception

A rip-off. Left a day early. Very isolated. Not much you can do about location. The pricing on everything was unbelievably exceedingly overpriced. The quality does not come remotely close to the prices and constantly upselling.
Profesional staff. Nice accommodations.

Our trip to the Grand Solmar was amazing! We had many breakfasts and dinners at Anica Restaurant. The staff at the restaurant was absolutely wonderful! Gregorio, Diana and Juan were all extremely nice and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Wonderful ambiance with an ocean view! A++

Fantastic vacation despite the windy weather. The pool activities were so fun! Of course the kids loved the water slide, canoe, rope swing. We participated in water volleyball, water aerobics, Zumba, corn hole tournament and even a pushup competition. Jorge was great and encouraged everyone!

Had a great time here. The resort offers many activities for families and couples making each day a blast. My girlfriend and I got the all inclusive package offering breakfast lunch and dinner plus access to their events. I didn’t get a chance to golf but it looked beautiful.

Food and drinks here were amazing!! (especially the margaritas) Everyone was super nice, funny, and helpful as well. My favorite restaurant was Bacari, Nelson and Orlando were super friendly and cracked plenty of jokes, which made my night! Staff made my experience wonderful, and I would love to come again if given the chance.

The staff here are the most wonderful people ever!! They are all so kind and funny and make staying here feel like heaven. Diego was especially great, such a joy to be around. The pools were expansive, the food options were copious, and going downtown was a breeze.

My family are owners at Rancho Resort. It’s one of our favorite places to spend time together. This trip was nothing different, Great food, great amenities, amazing food but even better service to top it all off. We made reservations at Bacari for Burger Night & we had the best time. About to enjoy some karaoke too. Nelson & Orlando took care of us, they are the best!!

Beautiful hotel, horrible location and rude sales staff, (note to Gabriela the 3 rd sales person assigned to us after saying no 2x. Sorry no stupid Americans here. You should be fired.) For all those interested , if you want to sit at the pool during a sand storm, be my guest. The new owner, management and all sales staff should be required to walk the path between the lobby and the pool to experience what guests do every day. Enjoy the bone chilling wind and sting of the sand on your face and legs and then tell me why we should buy. No thank you, never again.
