Hotel is nice BUT very disappointed with trip.com I was told this was booked thru ******* which I didn’t want to do and was charged an additional 100$ fee at arrival without ever been warned ahead of time

The hotel is relatively new and has smart toilets, which is good. There are relatively few restaurants to choose from, the Japanese food tastes good, and the steak is average. Even if you choose all-inclusive, you have to be careful. Many of them are charged. If you accidentally order two coconuts, it is actually 35 dollars, which is very cheating. The cleaning time is also very bad. The cleaning in the morning was delayed until 4 pm, and the turndown service came after 5 pm, and the turndown service came at 10 pm the next day. They were ready to rest, so they were not allowed to enter.

The resort is beautiful, boutique style. the staff in the reception and lobby area nice and friendly however, the staffing at the restaurants are not as friendly, all they care about is to let you know where the tip line it should be select, eventhough the gratuity is already added to the all inclusive cost. It’s a very expensive resort. The food variety and quality is not good for the price. There are lots of children, for families with children this is the ideal resort. It’s a small and it offers a kids club. The rooms are modern and clean.

This was the most gorgeous resort, and the staff were exceptional!!!! So nice, felt safe and had wonderful food and drinks!!! Would highly recommend!

Highly recommended this resort. Staff is super friendly. It’s very very clean. Heated pools. Gorgeous grounds. Four restaurants with amazing food.

The hotel looked nice but the stuff uncompetant. They did not clean my room 2 days in a row and I was leaving the room at 8am coming back at 5:30pm. When I complained about it the manager answer me they have until 6pm to do the room even tho it has been 2 days no one cleaned it very unprofessional

This resort and the customer service is the worst that I've ever been to. I have been to cancun and many other los cabos resorts but this place was the worst. First of all, check in took way long, wasting our time. What is the definition of all inclusive resort??? There is not enough restaurants to go to and the rooftop restaurant for lunch is not kid friendly. Its for lunch not even for dinner. Then the only choice we had was outside food truck for lunch. The cafes (coffee and gelatos are not included in the all inclusive) Toothbrush, toothpaste are not provided, you have to pay for them and they are $21 USD. They are just travelers kit kinda toothbrush. Our baby had a allergy reaction so we asked for medicine, of course they dont have it so we went down to market to purchase them, they are $70 USD for claritin!!!!!! are you kidding me? The restaurants have menu that are not inclusive and it is not written on the menu nor told and they would charge extra for it. Nothing to do there, spa is extra charge and masssage is $350 USD for 50 minutes.. do you think you guys are in beverly hills? We asked the concierge if there is anything special for our parents 70th birthday, any cake they can do with a candle after dinner but no answer so I asked again..... never got an answer.... What kind of customer service is this??? Will never and ever go anywhere that is affiliated with your company ad will never recommend to our friends.

Beautiful modern resort with all the amenities. Rooms are great. very spacious, clean and comfortable. Only negative was the Mexican restaurant dinner was sub par.

This hotel is lovely and beautiful and pretty compact so it’s easy to get around. My one bedroom ocean view suite was the best room I have every stayed at. So spacious and beautiful and amazing views. Only complaint is that the food at the hotel was not very tasty.

The ads and photo show ocean view, but in fact it is not facing the ocean, far from ocean at the side, the front desk people are so cold and not qualified to work in hospitality.
