Beautiful hotel in Cabo but if you plan to go into the city very often, the location can be inconvenient. I recommend renting a car if you stay here. Other than the inconvenience of the location, everything else was amazing. Especially the food at the Nobu restaurant

The room, environment, and design are all good and unique. The hotel is really nice, and the wind is really not small.

Very good hotel. The hotel has a sense of design. If you like Japanese hotels, you must go to experience it. The price is very high. The scenery is beautiful and charming. The staff are friendly. It is worth a second visit

This property had no facilities besides spa and a fitness center. To get to the hotel itself from the main road is about a 15 minute drive. The food is so ridiculously expensive and it is nothing special. I paid $40 for a chicken salad and $ 60 for a regular burger. This property purposely price gouges because there is nowhere else in the area that you can eat so you really have no choice.

The resort was beautiful and very quiet/remote. It was a nice long weekend getaway. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a quick escape.

This place is the cleanest hotel with amenities I have ever seen in my 61 years on this planet ..workers constantly cleaning, Everyone offering assistance whether it is at the pool, walking the grounds or at your room .. this is truly a 5 star resort . If I had to come up with a criticism, it would be the lack of commercial stores and availability of snacks, which caters more towards kids, but it’s clear they are aiming at people that are out for a luxury experience without the hustle and bustle of running around, but instead, just relaxing in style and comfort.. ….

The resort is amazing. Having stayed at several vacation properties in this general tier, I can say the resort itself/facilities are basically as good as it gets. Truly phenomenal. On site restaurants were also fantastic (albeit very expensive, and make reservations!). Also pretty kid friendly for our 3 year old. That said, service level was a step below what I’d expect from a resort of this level. Nothing bad at all, the service is objectively good, but I did not experience “above and beyond” bend-over-backwards-without-you-asking service I’ve received at Ritz, Four Seasons, St. Regis, etc. resorts at a similar price point. Only other knocks against it is because of geography, it’s windy, and you can’t actually swim in the ocean, and the gym can get crowded at peak times. Overall a great resort and I would definitely go back!

We had high hopes for Nobu hotel, but sadly it didn’t deliver. This property is very far away from anything else, and was quite windy during the entire time we were there, which seems like the norm. There’s nothing really that architecturally significant about the hotel and the food and beverage were well beyond what we are used to spending at other hotels of a similar caliber in the area. Our dinner at Nobu restaurant was far more than it’s ever been at the Aspen or Malibu locations of the restaurant but you are so far away from everything else, that cab ride to other options outside of the hotel. The service wise fantastic and most staff were very friendly, though. Overall, as a group of seasoned travelers, not a single member of our party would not return.

The whole campus is well maintained. It felt like being in a Japanese spa at every corner. The food was a great quality and selection. Our room had incredibly modern and relaxing lighting. The bathtub in the shower was huge! I wish they had given us a tour of explanation of the entire property because it is so big and so many options.

Very Good

Meticulously kept and expansive property with beautiful rooms/ suites and pools. Service was excellent during the week, but literally absent on Sunday after Satuday night’s large wedding party which intelligently took place directly outside the guest room pool area until 11pm. The restaurants offer good food at elevated Cabo prices, but the fine dining experience is limited by ridiculously overpriced wine lists! Those farcical prices are truly a shame as I am used to pay up for wine pairing. The hotel is located about a 30 minute taxi ride to the restaurant area in Cabo ($45 each way). There is a lot of residential construction ongoing alongside the beach of this Diamante property.

This is a beautiful property. Far away from downtown Cabo or the marina though. The restaurants are amazing, but very expensive as well.

Was u happy with customer service….they weren’t accommodating with upgrades At all which was disappointing! Service at the pool was terrible noone helped us! And the fact that ubers aren’t allowed into the property is absurd and even moreso that the taxis provided are more than triple the price! I did not see it written anywhere about this rule and was very upset about this!
