Staff are quite nice. It has a small shopping place nearby where you can get something to eat, but is not very close to any city centre, you need to drive or book a Uber.

Hampton inn was advertising the hotel like it had a swimming pool but guess what the pool is under reinnovation so there was no pool for my Christmas holiday. Had I known this in advance I would have booked another hotel. The hotel was okay and a good value for the money with the pool but without a pool it's just a hotel in the middle of nowhere without any amenities. I couldn't even really tell I was by the beach because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view. There was no way to really look at the ocean because of course there was no pool and breakfast was monotonous the same thing every single day no variance no difference and basically know meat I would say it was a very substandard breakfast and unappetizing and not really hot. Only canned juices and no decaffeinated coffee. I would not stay here again without a pool. And be careful when you get a room because some of the rooms are moldy and the ice machine are broken on every floor except for in the main lobby. This hotel needs a little money pumped into it and the pool restored to working order. The two queen bedroom was roomy put with no pool I didn't really enjoy my experience. Staff was professional but I'm sure they're tired of hearing people complain about the fact that a hotel that advertises a pool doesn't actually have a pool that functions. The daily fruit options were not exactly what I would call fresh either a little rancid. The attached pictures are of the broken ice machine signs the less than fresh fruit, and the sealed off entrance to the pool.

The hotel service is very good, very warm and in place. The room is also very clean. I will stay here again.

The hotel is located in a shopping center, which offers free parking, and the facilities are very well maintained, the pool is very nice, and the breakfast is tasty and of good quality.

Super clean, comfortable and great location, especially if you want to surf the local spots. Terrible signage from the main road to the check-in entrance. Every single staff member was truly helpful and friendly. The morning complimentary breakfast is a 7/10, and the parking garage is free:)

Everything you need for a lower budget and it’s steps away from a great food court with many Mexican options

This hotel is 20 minutes from the airport. You can get a shuttle for $17 or taxi for $70 one way. I took the shuttle to the airport and took a $22 Uber back to the airport. The hotel is very clean. It is NOT walking distance to the beach. I took a $6 uber to Playa Palmilla and an $8 Uber to Playa Chilleno. An Uber to Downtown Cabo was $24. The free daily breakfast changed every day and was very good. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel still looks new. The ceiling fan is a nice addition. The food hall next door is full of a vast array of delicious food. There is also a convenient store within 2 minutes from the hotel. I walked there daily for beer and wine.

The staff was lovely, the hotel itself was very clean and beautiful, but our room had a smell like wet mold which unfortunately ruined the stay for me. The windows we had were not the type that open, and the AC wouldn’t get colder than 22. We requested another room but they didn’t have anything available. The maintenance person looked but didn’t do anything. The smell was so strong just in our room, it woke me up several times. The toilet was cracked so I assume there is a leak that has soaked underneath the flooring and is causing the odor. The room needs to be decommissioned until the issue is fixed. Also, the listing on ******* said the hotel was beach front and that was not the case. The freeway was between it and the beach, not even accessible to walk there. I would not have booked there if I had known this, as we were seeking beach front. As our last night in Mexico, it was very disappointing. The rooftop pool is very nice, breakfast was really good, and the staff were all very friendly and very courteous. There is also a plaza area below with many really good restaurants. We made the best of it, but overall I was still very disappointed.

Check-in was awfully slow. Took approximately 40 minutes. There was only 3 guest ahead of me in line. Front desk staff are inconsistent and have practice different policies with different guest. The jacuzzi is only for aesthetic purposes. The water was luke warm, and the jets have the weakest pressure for a jacuzzi. We requested the jets to be turned on. The front desk sent a technician to turn on the jets. The technician stated he turn on the jets but there was no difference. The staff waiting on guests during breakfast, were amazing. I wish I could say the same about the staff at the front desk.

All great ,the only thing that’s not right is that in the room there is a cámara and films directly all the room. You can see it flashing every few minutes. This is unacceptable !!!

No airport shuttle. Taxi is $70.00 one way. Uber 35.00. Great customer service. Room is musty. No opening window. Great breakfast, clean hotel. Best shower in our 6 weeks in MX. Would not stay here again due to no airport shuttle. No shuttle offered by Budget rental car other than airport. SJD airport does not allow UBer or shuttles close to terminals.
