The service attitude is very good. There are various restaurants, Japanese restaurant, French restaurant, buffet, but it's a pity that the French restaurant is closed for maintenance. But I had seafood fried rice at noon, which was very good. The swimming pool is also very good

The hotel is small in size. There are very few choices in the restaurant bar. There is a coffee snack bar and there is no activity. Overall, it is acceptable for people who like to lie down and enjoy a quiet holiday. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The pool is divided into several infinity pools. The photo is beautiful. The room is very clean. The staff is very hot. Generally speaking, the price is average.

Everything is fantastic. The only bad thing is that they don't allow Uber access to the premises and you have to go outside to catch it. The alternative is local taxis, which are much more expensive.

Not a 5 star resort. That's not saying it's not a nice resort, because it is, but 5 star resorts have top notch service. First ding, they don't pick you up at the airport, but you can have them set up transportation for you (at your added expense). The Taxi is $75 each way (I checked Uber and it was $55 and the taxi dude matched that price). We were able to catch a travel van on the way there from the airport for $17 a person. We had an ”executive suite” which was nice, not their best room but probably in the middle. They never changed the bed sheets in the entire 5 day/4 night stay. They made the bed, but never changed the sheets. They have a well stocked fridge and other goodies for a steep price. The problem is moving their crap out if you actually want to use the refrigerator. We were charged ”additional taxes” when we checked out as well. Only like $2-3 a day, but these should have been included in the price. The on-site sushi restaurant was not a good value. They charged us for items we didn't order and watch out for the $4.50 water. Our bill was $200 plus tip for two adults. Each had two margaritas, one appetizer (we had cancled after we told the waiter and he acknowledged, but came anyways) and two entrees. Portions were small, so definitely no ”leftovers”. The good. The included breakfast is excellent. Take advantage of that, eat a late breakfast (breakfast is over at noon, so be there no later than 11am) and that should tide you over until dinner. The location is great. Close to the marina/downtown but just far enough way that it's an easy walk and you stay out of that busyness. Overall, it's a nice 4 star (at best) resort.

We were welcomed by the bellboys at the front entrance. Upon arrival, it was an easy 10 minutes to check-in, and were in our room and off to the pool within 30 minutes. The pool was nice and nothing to do with the hotel, but the pool was hot due to the weather being almost 90 degrees and sunny. The service at the pool was great, the workers have such a great attitude and are always willing to help. There is a 2nd pool overlooking the marina with spectacular views of the mountains, water, and yachts along the marina walkway. It is located within 5 minutes of downtown with tons of restaurants, shops, and music from all the nightclubs, as well as live music at some of the outdoor venues. It's very busy on the weekends and less crowded during the week. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, however, we did not purchase it, but did have breakfast the last day and it was $20.00 USD per person. Overall, a great hotel, and we can't wait to go back !

I was not allowed to register at the front desk! I have traveled to many countries and stayed at many luxurious hotels including Mexico. I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness on the part of a front desk manager. When asked to explain the policies that she wanted me to sign, without reading, she became increasingly rude and tore the document in half and told us our reservation was canceled and to leave the property. We did so and were left without a place to stay for the night. Luckily we were able to secure a room for the night at a hotel where the front desk was courteous, helpful, and kind.
Of course, with this kind of experience, I would tell anyone never to stay at the Tesoro Los Cabos hotel. I am requesting a full refund from Trip.com and an apology from from Tesoro Los Cabos Hotel.

I am writing this review late as I was not originally going to write one. I was talking to a friend about my bad trip and thought management should have given me more. I also paid my ER bill of $486. which made me think about the whole unfortunate experience in depth. The reason I booked this hotel was because of their excellent customer service reviews. The thing no one mentions was the management did not have the great customer service at least in my case. I booked a 6 night stay from August 17-23, 2024 for our anniversary. It is a high end hotel I used 480,000 points one free night certificate. The 480,000 was a lot of points but I thought is would be worth is based on what I read. Unfortunately I was mistaken and wish I had never booked the hotel. Here’s what happened to me. We booked transportation from the hotel and we were met at the airport. I am a Diamond member and our room was upgraded the driver and hotel staff were friendly we were off to a good start. We ate dinner that night at Don Manuels and breakfast the next day. The meal at Don Manuels was alright nothing special. I made dinner reservations the next day August 18 at EL FARALLON for our anniversary. We arrived at EL FARALLON before 5 pm waited a little and were seated. At the EL FARALLON I ordered the Lobster and my husband ordered Surf and Turf ( Steak and shrimp) and a beer. We had appetizers and I had the soup my husband did not. We took the dessert to go. After the meal we went to see the baby turtle release at the hotel. This was really cool the best part of our trip. After the turtle release I didn’t feel good and went to my room. I proceeded to vomit and have diarrhea all night long. I was miserable. Thankfully by husband did not get sick. The next morning my husband told the concierge I was sick. The concierge asked if I wanted to see a doctor I declined . I laid in bed and drank bottled water and used Drip Drop hydration powder my husband bought from amazon. I was trying to keep hydrated since I was losing liquids with diarrhea. During our stay we ate all meals and drinks provided by the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos. Something I ate or drank at the WA Los Cabos got me sick . I continued to had diarrhea the next night and in the morning on Aug 20 I decided to see the doctor. We contacted the concierge and arranged for the doctor to come to the room. The doctor examined me gave me medicine and said I was dehydrated and suggested I go to the ER in town. I did not want to go to an ER in Mexico and decided to fly home the next day and go to an ER back home in the US. This whole time I was sick my husband reached out to our concierge and never did management from the hotel check on how I was doing. I thought why did they not check on me? I called the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. I think I talked to Deborah Marquez and I asked why no one from management had checked on how I was doing? I also let her know I only ate and drank at

Beautiful hotel in Cabo but if you plan to go into the city very often, the location can be inconvenient. I recommend renting a car if you stay here. Other than the inconvenience of the location, everything else was amazing. Especially the food at the Nobu restaurant

Excellent
Best treat for myself and love ones. Love coming here every year. It never gets old. The entire property and rooms are always impeccable. Staff are super nice. The best part is coming back and seeing similar faces. We are always excited to see the same crew and getting to meet new peeps. This year at Las Olas we received amazing service by Mariela, Jonathan, Ricardo, Dorian, Victor, Francisco. It's always a treat to be taken care by Jerry (Gerardo) and Isaac at Las Brisas. La Roca had a whole new crew but all the servers were exceptional. We always feel so special! Thank you for another great week!
FFleming JosephIt’s location is a positive factor. Right near the marina with a private beach in the pacific side of the Baja peninsula. Rooms are clean and had all amenities listed. The checkin process is a bit lengthy, you will have to meet the receptionist and the hostess, it could have been shortened. Also while checkout the receptionist mentioned that our prebooked taxi cannot come inside the property to pick us, but finally the driver managed to come-in.
GGuest UserJust remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.
I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs. A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.
GGuest UserThis place is beautiful, 35min-1hr from the airport 30min to Cabo San Lucas. When we arrived they told us we were in a lower level room than we paid for but we’re “upgrading us for free” to the room we had actually poked to begin with. This is a resort plow I have always found to be a turn off right at check in. The staff including Rafa at aqua were fun, funny, and friendly. Glad to share knowledge and help learn Spanish terms. The room was absolutely stunning and had everything that was listed in the advertisements. We try not to stay at the same resort twice as we like to experience variety. This resort may be an exception
GGuest UserWe loved most everything about this place! Great location. Walking distance to beach and nightlife. Great staff! Only thing...we wished for more vegan options.
We stayed at the Bahia for a long weekend with family and friends celebrating a birthday. The rooms in the Bahia were very clean. The staff would clean and restock our water and snacks a couple times per day. The food at the restaurant (shout out to Sandy) was great and drinks at the pool bar (shout our to the best guy, Valentine) were outstanding. Most importantly, the staff, front desk and concierge were incredible. They knew all our names and room numbers and were checking on us daily to make sure we had dinner reservations each night and if we needed help with transportation. We truly felt taken care of our entire stay and would highly recommend.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is directly at the airport with a free shuttle service that takes about five minutes in total. The hotel does what it was built for, giving you a place for the night close to the airport. Book in advance and online via resellers. Looked like local price was much higher.
When it comes to check-in, it starts exactly 3pm — not a single minute before. Then there’s a rush and the clerk is overloaded for some time while others at the front desk only looking around.
Breakfast, well… that was really poor.
But all in all the stay was good.
GGuest UserOur stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short.
The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way.
We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience.
The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity.
Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience.
Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room.
Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much.
In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.
AAnonymous UserThe staff were particularly helpful and super friendly at all times, so that made up for okay amenities (the pool was a bit cold at night and harder to go for a quick swim but we managed). We did love the beds, they were incredibly comfy and the room we got was quiet so we were able to have a restful sleep. The breakfast was okay but I would have loved some veggies that they apparently had at some point, yet never brought back out again. The coffee was pretty solid though, so that was a plus. Lastly, the location was gold-walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and places to book tours. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose for our two-night stay :).
LLisa Marie HThis is a shockingly beautiful property with a delightful staff and surprisingly affordable rates for off season. It is worth purchasing the premium all-inclusive package. One small issue we had was that they did not have the room we booked when we arrived. We booked a double queen for my son and myself. The people at the front desk offered to send up another rolling bed so there would be two in the room, we agreed and then the bed never arrived even after I called down about it. The restaurants, the grounds the pools were all fabulous our only complaint was not receiving the room we book or the additional bed to fix the first issue.
