Cockroaches!!! We stayed in room 3518, a 2-bedroom ocean view room. The room is old, the furniture is old. On the first evening, a huge cockroach was made from the kitchen cabinet. We killed him. The children were stressed and did not sleep at night. The next evening we saw a new huge cockroach in the kitchen. The cockroach ran away. On the third evening, a cockroach ran out while we were watching TV and having dinner in the evening. It was stressful. We didn't sleep again. They complained about the reception, cursed, wrote to Trip.com support. The hotel refused to evict us and return our money. In the end, I managed to get away from them. Out of 9 paid nights, the Hotel charged us for 4 nights of accommodation (without sleep and under stress) and a fine for the day. The money was returned for 4 nights out of 9.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was generally nice enough, although room wasn't in great condition. The spa/health care suite was closed for two days out of our stay due a staff member being off on holiday, but we wanted to use the facilities, so this was disappointing. breakfast was ok although hot drinks were not nice.

I chose an apartment with a kitchen because I traveled with children. I cleaned it every 3 days, and I would not put enough garbage bags and supplies. , room service is 24 hours, overall not satisfied.

We had a two bedroom self catering apartment. Two bathrooms came in handy when sharing with teenagers! It was clean and comfortable. There was some slight damp in one of the wardrobes from the en-suite. The pools were clean and well taken care of.

Great hotel, everything in good enough working order. Room cleaned once during our one week stay. Duplex apartment was great to separate from kids. Taxis availed in a flash. The bus service is excellent and much needed, maybe increase the frequency and extend the duration to seven o clock. I read some reviews and responses from management regarding the sunbeds, and a sunbed Ninja is a great idea!!! We were there with another family and to get 6 beds required a very early start to queue up and we noticed not only were beds reserved but also umbrellas!!! It is really not on, life guards paroled it a bit but not enough, there were reserved beds around us that were blocked the entire day with no-one on them. The shop onsite is good, pool bar could do with a happy hour! Bit pricey! Really nice restaurants around, good location despite the hill, include the cost of taxis for you stay and it is no big deal.... Look forward to going back, please please employ a sunbed ninja!

Hotel à fuir, très bruyant, notre 1ere chambre offrait une vue sur le service maintenance et les cuisines. Nous avons changé pour avoir la chambre 3406, pas mieux ! impossible de dormir, la climatisation dans le salon fait tac,tac,tac ... dans la chambre même en vitesse 1, cela fait le bruit d'un avion au décollage. La chasse d'eau fuit et goutte toute la nuit. Pas de pression d'eau chaude dans la douche, impossible de se laver correctement avec un filet d'eau. Service client, qui se repend en excuses mais aucune indemnisation pour nous avoir gâché en partie nos vacances ! En plus de cela les chambres sont sales. Seul point positif la taille des chambres.

Just back from Hollywood mirage after reading some reviews I was a bit worry what to expect from the negative reviews overall we had a fantastic time at the mirage hotel is clean we stay for a week apartment was clean once which I think it should be clean 2 times if your staying a week the 2 bed apartment are spacious and balcony are big we stay on 5 floor sea view my only fault is check when you arrive if anything is broken to get them fix if day time as maintenance don’t work at night during the day time the entertainment is ok if you want to stay in complex we didn’t we ate out every nite the foam party is great for kids and teens on Saturday it’s only very steep hill just bare in mind if walking difficulties e.t.c there is a shuttle bus provide by hotel runs daily on hour until 6pm overall we enjoy our stay
