Arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the friendly team on reception who got us checked in quickly. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout which was great. Only negative was no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Had to pay 2.5 euros per day for them. Staff were all lovely and very friendly. The food was great and enough choice for all. What a great holiday

After reading trip advisor I am shocked. Here for a week as a family not overly impressed. Had to move rooms the first night no one came to help us pack everything up. Yes they did put something through the door the next day to close the case but they said was Everything ok what exactly happened! Hardly a reassurance when they should have checked the room the night they moved us! Thelma who works in the food area (which is like a canteen) is very rude and abrupt. Every evening they seem to struggle to find our room number on the list. The food isn’t the best, at breakfast you can get a glass of fizz (alcohol) but you can’t get a fizzy soft drink which I can’t get my head around. The entertainment isn’t the best. I mean everyone has their own taste in places but unfortunately this place isn’t for me. The positives are the other staff are lovely, the room has always been cleaned to a very high standard, the room is very modern. We won’t be visiting again.

I really enjoyed my stay at paradise park fun lifestyle hotel, the service in the restaurant is top notch, my brother is celiac and this has been the best hotel we have ever stayed at for catering for celiacs

Excellent hotel and fantastic kids club Frederick is super with my son and all the other kids. Love this hotel wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island.

Wonderful Hotel and Excellent Service. We were always greeted with a smile and a professional manner by Thelma Canicoba one of the waiting staff. She was so kind and helpful made our stay exceptional. We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. Our room was beautiful so clean. Towels changed daily everything was perfect.
