No Internett in room ! Room Nice new renovated. Coach no good.

Have been to Los Cristianos many times over the years, only here this time to watch Scotland in the Euros (who sadly did not play well). Perfectly adequate accomodation, quite old and basic, but served my needs completely. Very friendly staff, helpful and polite. Room was kept clean and tidy. Never used the pools or restaurant/bar so can comment on those. Great location, good value for money, clean and tidy. Would happily return. Thank you.

This hotel is awful! It was hands down the worst holiday I have ever been on. At first it didn't seem so bad, the rooms are very dated but it was functional. I was placed in a room right next to the bar, restaurant and main pool. So it was noisy until around midnight with bad shows and drunk guests arguing, then I would have to listen to the staff clashing around clearing up, and the noise started around 6am the next day for setting up. As I was directly on the main pool, the music was blasted from 10.30 every morning until 6pm. I had a problem with cockroaches in the bathroom. I suspected it was from the AWFUL smelling drains, but the lady on reception told me it's just because it's an island and they are everywhere. They did come and spray the room for roaches when I asked, but they would be back every night, scuttling around. The curtains in the room were mouldy, although the beds were comfortable enough. Although it may have been because I was so exhausted from the constant noise. The rooms were not very clean and the bathroom was dirty. They come to clean the rooms every 3 days, and although they changed the towels and bedding, it looked like nothing else was cleaned. There was no air conditioning in the room, despite it stating this on the booking. You could hire a fan for a week for 20 euros. There are 3 pools, badly signposted, ok but small. The sun loungers are worn and dirty. It's generally untidy around the place and the smell from the drains was awful. The food in the restaurant is VERY basic. They advertise a snack bar, but they ran out of food everyday. Some staff were nice and friendly, others could be very rude. I raised my concerns with the reception staff, I was told they could move me rooms if they could find one available, but I would still have the problem with the cockroaches. I asked to speak to a manager to be told he wasn't available for another 2 days. I took the decision to end my holiday early, with no partial refund from the hotel, because I couldn't stay any longer. I would not recommend this for a holiday.

Fantastic location, easy to walk to beaches and restaurants and bars. Pleasant helpful staff. Nice rooms, basic but functional. Location is quiet also. Lovely balcony, with sun at different times of the day. Nice breakfast. Small but nice pools.

Came back a week ago had a premium apartment number 18 was an excellent apartment we were half board an we couldn't fault the food was really nice breakfast an dinner all staff were very pleasant had such a nice chilled time we've booked to go back next May 😀 really don't understand the bad reviews

Well what can I say this place has gone downhill since we stayed 2years ago,dirty,tired and very rundown . We had room 139 which we requested as we liked it last time but when we arrived it was dirty ,sheet on sofa bed obviously grubby underneath the first 3nights we had people below us and beside us playing music and party’s till 5.30am complained they told them but next day started again all day from 10am loud music from there rooms couldn’t even sit on balcony so went out alway to come back and still up loud had enough told them to move us they didn’t want to know told as basically to put up with it reception lady so rude , we told them we were moving to another hotel on the Sunday and it was then they decided to change our room . Too late they knew we had booked it and paid for it terrible place avoid . There was rubbish and laundry bags left outside our room for 3days too a tripping hazard and stink

This may be long but I hope you take time to read it… We arrived here on 13/06/2024, booking a package through On The Beach. We left 3 days into our holiday 15/06/2024. Upon checking into the hotel, everything seemed great, lady on reception was lovely to us and we could even get into our room earlier than expected, we began to think this would be a lovely week… oh how we were wrong!!! We arrived at our room number 120 and there was a slight drainage smell outside, now I have been to many different countries and have smelt far worse so it didn’t phase us at first. Upon opening our bathroom door there was a strong smell of sewage. We thought it would pass. We woke up in the morning I opened the bathroom door and the smell was still there. A few hours later nothing had changed and myself and my partner began gagging and feel physically sick when opening the door to the bathroom, The smell was unbearable. We called On The Beach who told us to contact reception to complain and ask to change rooms. We decided to go out for a walk and come back and see if the smell had gone. Upon arriving back to the hotel, I witnessed a boy go calmly to the desk to complain about something and the receptionist began shouting at this boy, this put me off wanting to complain myself. We went back to our room and the smell was 100% worse than before. My partner went to complain and ask to change rooms. The receptionist told my partner we could not move rooms and that we had to “prebook” a new room. He told us someone would come and look at our bathroom. We had an air conditioning unit in the room which we were unable to use. My partner asked regarding this at reception and was told he needed to pay €120 but superior rooms got this for free. He stated this was what we were in (what we had booked) but the receptionist still stated we needed to pay. After 2 hours nobody had been. I was unable to use the bathroom, the public toilet on the complex had no lock on the door so did not feel comfortable using this. We went back to reception, asked again regarding someone coming to our room and the gentleman behind reception looked at us as if we had never complained previously. He told us he would send someone straight away. The technician came to our room and upon him entering our bathroom he began gagging at the smell. He poured what looked to be bleach down the toilet and turned on the shower and sink. The bleach smell was then extremely strong but only masked the drain smell for a few hours. We spoke with on the beach regularly asking if we could move hotels, if they could contact the hotel and speak with them etc etc. We told them multiple times we would just rather get a flight home if we were unable to move rooms. The hotel looks somewhat like the pictures advertised but they are extremely outdated, the pools were filthy with green scum round the outside, one pool has a tile ramp coming up from it and i can only imagine would be a death trap when you

Booked this resort, asked to be given a ground level room due to mobility issues, had to cancel and go elsewhere as they were totally unhelpful and didn't want us there. Emailed 7 times trying to get some assistance but kept fobbing us off and in the end we cancelled and paid for a more disabled friendly resort. AVOID

This hotel is a bad dive. It’s full of cockroaches, the majority of the rooms are smelly (drains), stuffy (no air con) and tired and dated. The whole vibe of the place is run down and depressing. Had blood on my bed sheets and a cockroach on the floor when I arrived. Bear in mind they only just “cleaned” it. Cockroaches under the rim of the toilet seat. The food was the only thing that made me give 2 stars instead of one. It had a nice selection of salads meat and fish. Choice wouldn’t be great for children. If you want a fan you have to literally drag it to your room from reception along with your case. The bar area and toilets are gross as well. You couldn’t pay me to return. Only stayed as I was with friends - if I went with family I’d have checked out within the first 20 mins.
