No Internett in room ! Room Nice new renovated. Coach no good.

Just back after a month here. Same as last year and we didn't hesitate to re-book, which tells you something. So with 8 weeks' experience of the hotel I thought some important details might be useful. Generally if we were returning to Los C next year we'd book it again, mainly because of its location. The place has its faults but not serious ones as far as we are concerned and it has several plus points including very nice people working there. Location - As hotels move back from the beach front and up the hills the walk to and from them gets progressively steeper. If you are fit that doesn't matter but if you have dodgy knees as I do it really does , especially going downhill. Check -In is almost at the bottom of the hill so it's a gentle slope and a 5 minute stroll to the sea front. Big plus point if you have mobility issues. HOWEVER.......if you do.... read on It is a low rise complex spread over many levels so there are lots of staircases and slopes. No lifts at all. Generally the higher the room numbers the more stairs you have to negotiate and some of them don't have ramps. So if you are getting on a bit and are not well equipped to cope with stairs make sure you ask for and insist on a lower level room lower down the complex. However we have found (twice) that if you email them before arrival they will try to accommodate requests for room locations. The two lower pools that you see in the photos are small and unheated. Of those the upper one near the restaurant is noisy. It's where the daytime "entertainments" are held such as darts tournaments and there is pop music playing all day. If you are young and/or have younger children it's probably OK but if you like peace and quiet ask for a room away from that pool and the adjacent restaurant. The lower pool is much more peaceful unless there are Italians present, and there often are. They tend to talk on their mobiles or to one another ALL the time ! Earplugs and/or headphones recommended. Incidentally there are a couple of nice sun terraces that can be much quieter as they are not poolside. Worth seeking out. The third and highest level pool is a different story altogether. It is heated to a comfortable temperature but it is not for lazing around on a sunbed. It is a proper swimming pool for swimming. There are no sunbeds and no space for them. It isn't big but at 12 m long you can get a decent exercise swim in it and I found it was usually almost empty or completely empty between 5 and 6 pm. But it is very well hidden and you need to go looking for it. And getting to it involves a lot of steps and there are no access ramps. It is also old and tired but the water is clean and warm. I enjoyed using it every evening. We were delighted to find that the new TVs have Netflix - well ours did - so you can log in with your UK account. Don't know if that applies to all rooms or just a few. We had a premier room. Much the same as the standard rooms but with a proper fridge freezer

We stayed for 4 nights self catering. Great location. We found the staff mostly friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a superior apartment and it was perfect for us. It was for my birthday & we had a bottle of fizz in our room on arrival. The complex is large and seemed to be well maintained. Yes the housekeepers and trolleys were noisy but not to warrant complaining. They're doing their job. We didn't go to the bar or restaurant, we would walk down to the beach front, so I can't comment on those facilities. We found our stay perfect for our few days away and would definitely book again.

My third stay at the check in bungalows over a 15 year period,it's what it is some need of maintenance in places but other than that very friendly and helpful staff. 3 star hotel in a 5 star position..people should be aware of the distance from entrace to some apartments and people with mobility issues should be aware of the amount of steps so make those issues are made known on booking.Would I go back yes indeed.

We are still here unfortunately! Our apartment is adequate but very shabby ! Food the worst selection in any Al inclusive we’ve stayed all over the world ! Photos are so out of date nothing is like this when you get here ! No snack food which is is very limited between 12 30 and 4 ! So if you’re out that’s it ! Bars shut before time with poor quality drinks !Very limited sunbeds so no where to sit outside! All in all for the money we paid it’s very poor ! We are honest reviewers ! Wouldn’t pass health and safety in Uk !!!

Beautiful clean apartment situated near bar and swimming pool. Comfortable beds and clean crisp linen. Apartment was thoroughly cleaned twice in the week we were there. We went all inclusive and there was a good variety of tasty food on offer every day. Very friendly staff and any issues dealt with a smile. Five minutes walk from the beach. Lots of activities on offer and we would recommend the whale/dolphin watching trip which was fantastic. We will definitely be back.
