A great hotel check-up, super classic and elegant, with the feeling of a royal residence, the room is spacious, comfortable and quiet, and you can see squirrels and hummingbirds at any time. Although the hotel itself is not big, the surrounding environment is also a peaceful rural feeling like a fairy tale cottage. The hotel is on the side of the highway, but it’s not noisy at all, and there is no sound at all. I went to the airport after staying for one night. I went to San Francisco International Airport for half an hour. . Comparing the smallness of British and Japanese hotels, I strongly recommend this large and beautiful hotel.

The room is big, but the sound insulation effect is extremely poor, and you can clearly hear the voices of the next room. There are pools and hot tubs and great service.

Cupertino hotel is a great hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Heated pool so you can swim or like me workout in water all year round , plus a jacuzzi.
Has its own little ecosystem with trees and plants accompanied by few birds that visit.
Happy hour and breakfast.
Location is 45 minutes form San Fransisco and only 10 minutes from San Jose city centre.

Anytime I need a room for an out town family member or corporate guest I book them here. At first they are a little puzzled as to why the holiday inn till they stay at this property!! Amazing staff and the property was just recently renovated. Save your self hundreds a night and stay here, you’ll be glad you did! This is easily one of the better hotels in the area.

I stayed in this hotel for 15 nights on a business trip to the bay area in California, US. Pros 1. Location! Right on El Camino Real and close to walgreens, right next to Safeway, close to a lot of restaurants. 2. Accessible through city bus, uber or even cal train. I used to drive a car there. 3. Hot water swimming pool. 4. Rooms are spacious. 5. The staff is responsive. 6. The property generally seems safer with people and police almost strolling around near by. Cons 1. Cost for laundry. Most hotels in the bay area have laundry included in the room charges. Also the laundry did not operate on 2 occassions for me due to some repair. 2. Breakfast spread for vegetarians is limited. 3. Rooms are somewhat old fashioned. Sometimes the irking sound of taps, showers when you turn them on shows the age of this property. 4. The staff need to improve on room service. Like I had received 3 packages from Amazon and thet had not even called on room phone nor leave a message. I had to check repeatedly with them. 5. No weighing machine. Usually business hotels have weighing machine for baggage check. It wasn't there here. Overall it was a decent stay. I however have stayed in much better places for the same money.

We went to see the 49 ers preseason game and my husband booked this room. Although we checked in pretty late and when we got to our room there were two ants in the bathroom by the shower tub, I told my husband and he said babe let’s go get something to eat so we left and went to get pizza and wings, when we got back we were eating and went took a shower fell asleep. My husband woke up at 6 am a turn the light on and wakes me up to tell me that the table is covered in ants and our food and clothes omg I was so pist off and called down to the front desk the lady said her manager was not there and to call back Monday. My husband was taking a shower and I told hi. He went down stairs to the front desk and told the lady about our room being infested with ants , she basically told him manger was not there so he got pist and told the lady look your telling me i have to wait in the room that’s infested with ants until 12 noon I don’t think so, she gave him a different room and said we’ll you’ll have to talk to the manager on Monday he said she was rude . We were able to get a different room and went to eat breakfast which was excellent and after that we went swimming in the pool it was very nice .overall, the hotels is a very nice quiet place we will definitely stay there again , but we will talk to the manager about our situation

Checked in about 13.30 the young guy at the front desk said our room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm, we was cool with that. About half an hour later he said our rooms was ready. Got our keys went to the room which was right round the back the room was dark dinghy and smelly. Went bk to the front desk and said we was not happy with our room, we would like to change to a room at the front and not the back he said ok but we would have to wait, we was cool with that. Got our second room which was still dark dinghy and smelly and round the back. Went bk to the front desk I said to I noticed WHITE PEOPLE checking in after us getting rooms at the front. Finally got our 3 room which was not much better the dirt on the coat rack was disgusting the TV remote was full of dirt. Hotel like theses should be closed down. DO NOT STAY HERE

YYANBreakfast is a very simple cold meal, placed on a small table in the lobby, only boxed cereals with yogurt, apples, snacks or something. It's better to go to the cafe to eat hot. Room air conditioners and refrigerators are noisy enough to affect sleep. There is a parking lot. The location is very good, opposite the large lawn of high school, very close to downtown. When checking in, you must ask for a room with a balcony. Otherwise the window is very small, as long as you stay, you will not change rooms.

GGuest UserI am in love with this hotel and the staff. I don't know them personally but after staying here a few times I feel the customer service is on point. The breakfast is fabulous. Everyone takes their time to greet you and make you feel comfortable; especially a lady name Regina I believe her name is who always asks how everything is or went.
Super fabulous customer service on every end; cleaning staff, kitchen staff, front desk, etc. I am a happy camper!

GGuest UserWe have stayed here before in better times when the restaurant and bar were open and you could order wine or beer and a snack and sit on the outdoor patio. We had a suite which was roomy for a party of 3 for 3 nights. We enjoyed the fireplace. The best feature of this lodge is the open grassy area that all the buildings face. It is lovely. The rooms do need updating, however. In our room we could have used a coffee table and there was a big draft coming in from under the door. Simple weather stripping would fix this. We know times are hard & we did enjoy having a patio to sit on and used the lawn area for a picnic.
