Excelente la atención de los chicos y por la noche también. Todo lo que se requiere están súper atentos para satisfacer las necesidades del huésped. Amables y muy cordiales. Funciona un restaurante a la noche con muy buenos precios y comida riquísima. Los departamentos son amplios y cómodos. Limpios. El agua sale genial Volvería a ir . Los felicito por la amable atención..una excelente opción de precio y calidad. Supero mis expectativas.

Nossa surreal o que esse hotel proporciona! Ele é lindo, extremamente organizado, a acomodação é completa (fogão, geladeira, utensílios de cozinha), cama maravilhoso, apartamento todo fica na mesma temperatura, super agradável. A vista é surreal, não consigo me expressar com palavras. Incrível mesmo. O café da manhã é um show, tudo perfeito e agradável. Os atendentes dão um show, sério! Incrível as explicações, eles vivem a Patagônia e isso faz a estadia ser perfeita!

El servicio del lugar es EXCELENTE, el personal es súper atento, amables y te ayudan con cualquier cosa! Sin duda regresaríamos a este lugar sin dudarlo, el único inconveniente es que no tienen comida en el lugar más que desayunos, pero el personal te ayuda hasta a pedir de comer, excelente lugar para unas agradables vacaciones.

El hotel es muy bonito y la atencion al cliente buena. Hay unos temas de wifi pero el personal de recepcion y gerencia fueron muy amables en intentar a solucionar.

The apartment is comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. The pool has an adequate temperature and is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with free access. The spa has an additional cost and for the gym you have to notify reception if you are going to use it. Breakfast is complete and very rich. The reception service is excellent. The "Pablo's" are very friendly and give you all the information you need to walk, go out to eat or shop. The only negative thing is that the Wifi or network signal is not very good there. So it's the perfect excuse to stay connected!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ona. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped and the hotel itself was charming. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was good. The heated pool was a nice treat. After a long day of hiking and exploring, it was wonderful to float and relax!
