Etablissement qui semble avoir du potentiel : belle oasis, ensemble bien arboré, piscine, spa, équitation... Sauf que : tout était fermé et délabré. Peu avant le départ on nous a indiqué qu'il serait impossible de faire du cheval. restait le SPA... qui s'est avéré être fermé. Nous sommes restés une semaine : aucun ménage dans les chambres, matelas sales, pas de serviettes de rechange disponibles, lavabos descellés, il était prévu une bouteille d'eau chaque jour que nous n'avons jamais eu. Nous avons voyagé en groupe, la responsable a du fournir chaque jour à chacun une bouteille d'eau. Margelle de piscine en décomposition, recouverte par des planches non rabotées... Le restaurant : le personnel (colombien) ne parlait que l'espagnol, incapable de gérer un service correct, inattentifs aux clients. Au petit déjeuner il fallait réclamer sans cesse tasses, verres, jus de fruit. Le café imbuvable : le serveur se contentait de rajouter quelques cuillères de café dans le filtre déjà utilisé... Yaourts périmés... Repas infects, alors que nous étions un groupe de 30, pas suffisamment de nourriture pour tout le groupe. Dessert se limitant à une boule de glace. Poubelles non ramassées. Un nouveau chef Pascal est arrivé dans la semaine et les choses se sont grandement améliorées. Souhaitons lui bonne chance pour redresser le restaurant et les prestations avec les moyens du bord (qui semblent très limités). Bref du potentiel mais inexploité et un sentiment de laisser aller.

Entorno envidiable, bién comunicado y con piscina. Las habitaciones són cómo pequeñas cabañas de madera muy bonitas pero aquí se acaban las ventajas. Sitio descuidado, necesita un buen repaso: el baño pierde agua, la TV de nuestra habitación no tenía señal (lo intentaron arreglar y conseguimos ver 4 canales). Salimos a ver la laguna rosa y al volver ya no había nadie en el bar (suerte que ya veniamos cenados). La habitación, al menos la nuestra, no tenía ventana y o bién abrías la puerta de entrada o encendías el aire acondicionado para no morir de calor. Queríamos marchar pronto, hasta las 9h (pasadas) no aparece nadie en recepción para decir que el check out es automático (esta información hubiera sido útil recibirla antes). Con un repaso general y algunas mejoras, sería un sitio perfecto.

Nous sommes rarement déçu d un resto. Nous aimons tout mais ici cela était immangeable tellement que que la viande était salé. Je l ai signalé . Mais la remarque était que chez eux ils aimaient la viande salé Le menu n était qu à 13 € Le cadre est super . Calme . Belle piscine

El sitio podria ser mucho mas. La idea era buena pero no. Primera sorpresa k no hay nevera en la cabaña. No pudes ni dar un sorvo de agua fria quando llegas. La habitación de 4 personas minúscula, eso si, con encanto. El cuarto de baño tan pequeño k el agua va por todas partes y encima no se seca pork no hay ventilación, tubimos k pedir ger y el champú aún esperando. No armarios, ni cajones. El AA no funciona si alguien d dentro no pasa el pestillo. Raro. Pero lo peor los precios del bar, q para obligarte a comer y beber todo allí son carisimos. Los dueños ni aparecen, ni se contesta al telefono. Y se paga por todo menos por la piscina k no se para k tan grande si no la pueden mantener. El bar cierra a las 22. Despues d organizar niños y duchas y intentar ordenar ropa, no nos pudimos hacer ni una copa. En fin, repito la idea muy buena, pero no llegan ni d lejos. Una pena, pork el sitio es muy bonito.

2nd visit for food, 2nd time left without eating. 3 staff, 1 other customer with children just sotting around the pool, and absolutely no service. Another restaurant that will no doubt close because of staff's lack of interest.

Never ever book this place. The service and facilities are horrific. The staff rude and aggressive. I booked my daughter what I thought would be a lovely weekend. We got here after paying for horse riding and there were no horses. The pool had not been cleaned and we were told it was out of use the spa well nothing in use and after being let down with every other available wanted us to pay 60 euro to use the empty spa. By which I mean no water in the hot tub the jacuzzi and no steam room switched on for that we would have to wait another 4 hours as I'm writing it's already 4.30.Basically we paid for a room that had a fire alarm bleeping and aircon that wouldn't work and No hot water. After 15 minutes of realizing this we went to see management and we were abused and spoken to dreadful manner in front of our young children. Ohh I must say we paid cash and also would not give us a receipt. We also asked for a complaints form and were denied after 40 minutes of asking we finally got one to which they would not accept and said why should you have a complaints form.i advised it is law in Spain. They said well we know nothing about it. Basically do not go. Also the room options were 80 euro or 100 euro my mistake I assumed the more expensive room would be nicer I was told no there is no difference we just do that. So be aware if you are crazy enough to book this place do not pay more than you should and do not expect any form of service. Horrific. Never been so dissapointed for my children. As a parent I cannot believe anyone could speak to someone and treat people in the manner that these people did. Needless to say they were not as abusive when my husband turned up to request the complaints form.

We live locally to el rancho and visited this afternoon There were a few families in and around the pool but the atmosphere was non existent no background music We had a drink and were given a water with no glass and an el rancho basket which turned out to be a few items which were deep fried The items were greasy and the chicken pieces were cold and raw and were not given any servettes An all round poor experience so won't be visiting again The lady who served us was the only pleasant experience Malc
