Just had another super holiday at the Stotfield hotel. The staff are so nice and welcoming and couldn’t do more for you. The restaurant is beautiful overlooking the firth and with amazing sunsets. The food never disappoints and they always have a deal on for guests. Look forward to returning.

Bed was clean 🛌and very comfy. pillows fluffy. Shower lovely and warm.Basic but clean room. Food was gorgeous. Recommend the steak pie and desserts were delicious 🍰😋 staff were very friendly🙋 and helpful and I had a great time 😀 had a lovely walk down the beach 🏖️

Could not fault the staff. The communal areas are ok. BedRoom was on the third floor (sorry a cupboard). The Ariel for the tv wasn’t connected to the wall properly. There was a large brown patch on the ceiling. 3 large tiles were missing in the shower. The toilet seat wasn’t on securely. Dirty marks on the skirting boards. Big stain on the mattress. Stain on the chair. Sink was not secure to the wall. Shower had no tiles underneath it. Absolute disgrace for a double room!!! Just awful!!

Bel hôtel très bien situé en bord de mer, idéal pour une belle balade sur la plage. Chambres un peu vieillottes mais propres. Bon petit déjeuner très copieux. Personnel très agréable. Parking minuscule. Possibilité de manger le soir avec un menu spécial clients.

Wonderful old building with loads of original features. Our room (120 sea view) was spotlessly clean with front facing sea view and small side window looking toward the RAF base. It was bright and well furnished including a small table and 2 chairs which were very handy. Large bathroom was dated but again spotlessly clean and had a large bath with (good water pressure) overhead shower attachment. Piping hot water. Only there 1 night but would happily have stayed longer. All of the staff were lovely and special mention for Chloe who opened the bar for us Sunday evening and also sourced a rubber bath mat we asked for. Every member of staff took the time to chat and make sure we were happy. Yes there are areas of the hotel including our room where some small areas of wallpaper etc could do with attention but it's a big hotel and the owners are continuing to invest in upgrading all areas. Would definitely book again.

Hotel in perfetto stile Vittoriano . Andrebbe ristrutturato sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere e soprattutto nei bagni. Ma il luogo dove l'hotel si trova, di fronte al campo di golf e di fronte al mare , ti fanno dimenticare tutto il resto

Room disgrace had to have lights on all the time no tumbler in bathroom, booked dinner asked for fish and chips but had run out of this item!!! What I did get lacked presentation. The whole hotel should be modernised from top to bottom also no lift. It is the worst hotel I've ever been in. Most disappointing and don't recommend it.
