The location was handy for us just off M40. The site is large with further rooms being built (we was aware of these works before hand). There is not much parking (but at least it is free) work vans were parked in all the disabled bays so we had to park elsewhere, we did mention this to reception and they put signs on the vans. The whole place needs a revamp now looking very tired. We had to change room as the TV was not working, luckily just across the corridor but a pot of a pain. There is no air conditioning so very hot in rooms (was aware in advance). Breakfast was fine, standard offering, but again the restaurant needs total refurbishment (I hate sticky tables!) We will use again due to location and to be fair most PI's are in this condition now.

Christ. If you ever think about going when the temperature is above 25 degrees. I seriously reconsider your choices. This is because the room temperatures feel around double that. No air-con and the facility gives you a little fan that blows the hot air around. My crisp bed is now a swimming pool of sweat. If you want a cheap overnight sauna sesh I hugely recommend this spot. As the entire place is one big sauna, very impressive to be honest. Looking forward to getting out and being able to breathe.

Probably the worst Premier Inn we have stayed in. Rooms were 'tired' and only just clean enough. Very hot and stuffy in the bedroom. No air conditioning. The car park is a shambles. A lot of non guests and tradesmen, even lorries, seem to park in the car park, so Premier Inn guests can not park at the hotel they are staying at. I won't be staying at this Premier Inn again.

We often stay in Premier Inns particularly when needing an airport hotel or visiting friends and family and just want somewhere to sleep. This was the first time we had stayed in the High Wycombe (Loudwater) hotel but we knew it from when we used to live nearby. The hotel is one of their older properties with newer extensions and has free on-site parking which is a plus. However it does get busy so spaces are sometimes at a premium. The location is great as it is off the A40 near junction 3 of the M40, yet it is reasonably quiet. The rooms are a good size and there is a lift . As it is an older hotel there is no air conditioning but they did provide a fan. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room and replacement supplies are found in reception. You can also get free bottled water on request . The beds are comfortable however on this occasion due to the warm weather, we found the duvet too warm. We had an accessible room for this visit and it was fine. The bathroom had a shower over the bath, but it was a low bath so reasonably easy to get in and out. We only had breakfast one morning as we were eating out or at friends. Breakfast wasn’t great. However if you are there with a family it is probably fine. There are a range of restaurants in the area, some of which you can walk to.

At the moment the parking is a nightmare as I work nights and when I get back in the morning trying to find a parking spot is not good but understandable with the works going on. The lady on reception kul is absolutely fantastic and always will to help lovely lady and a nice change to see a friendly face behind the reception that makes you feel welcome.

This is a conveniently placed PI with the usual PI rooms and standards. They made the point that there was building work going on and no air con but I booked anyway. The building works were of no real consequence as it was a friday night but the room was exceedingly hot so I would avoid there this summer until air con has been installed ( though the price probably reflects the inconvenience). I ate in the restaurant which was awful.

Staff very nice and helpful but the rooms have no ventilation. Not a good option for stays during the summer!

No fan is going to be any use when the rooms are 29 degrees at 11pm at night. I don't understand how you think people will sleep in those conditions. No idea why you would have duvets on the bed. I would have been better sleeping in my car . Very disappointing and would never stay there again or recommend it.

I would like to recognise Kul for the outstanding service she consistently provides. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made a real difference to my stay and created an excellent first impression of the hotel. Kul went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, always taking the time to help with any questions or requests. What stood out most was her genuine care for guests—nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she handled every interaction with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She has a natural ability to make guests feel valued and comfortable, and her dedication to delivering exceptional customer service is clear in everything she does. Staff members like Kul are a huge asset to Premier Inn and play a significant role in creating such a positive guest experience. Thank you, Kul, for your hard work, friendly approach, and commitment to excellence. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and you truly deserve recognition for the fantastic job you do every day.
