The lady at the check-in desk was very rude and kind of destroyed the experience (ironically, her title was "guest experience maker"). The room and breakfast were nice.

Breakfast was cold. They are going to make someone sick. Health inspector needs to check it out. No eggs for 30 minutes. No decafe coffee. Staff has no idea what needs to be done. Not friendly. Worst ever at a LaQuinta. There were outlets on a lamp but when you turned the light off they didn't work.

Great stay had little problems. Nessa at the front desk was amazing helped out so much. We had a few problems coming in with an authorization form but she was able to sort it out and was such fun to talk with! Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town! Edit to add the assistant manger I think her name was Jessica was absolutely incompetent. They should hire someone who can actually do they’re job

Nessa at the front desk was amazing. Handled some extremely difficult situations very well in my opinion was disappointed that there was a manager to help her too resolve the issue Overall, my day was amazing. The pool closes after Labor Day So I would not go if you like to swim

Pool was closed about our stay. But no information in advance. Room should be cleaning all 3 days but dosent work. No Toiletpaper in the room. Breakfast was ok.

Was very dissapointed that the front desk staff lady around 3:30 pm Sunday 9/1 was so rude. The stay continued to dissapoint when I had to ask each and every day for housekeeping and in five days they only came once depsite the posted policy stating if you asked a day in advance they would come more than once every third day. The pool was disgusting, they should put a cover over it when it is not functional. The breakfast was one of the worst/cheapest I have ever seen. The redeeming quality was price and that the room we had was relatively quiet even though it was not any of the requests I had asked for.

Pool not functional and staff was undertrained and understaffed. Anytime we asked for anything, we were told "no", with either no explanation or unsatisfactory explanations. It was a very frustrating experience and we did not enjoy our stay in the Boulder area as much as we would have liked to, due to our chosen accommodations.

Housekeeping was supposed to clean our room every third day. They never came. We ended up cleaning the room ourselves. We reported it each night but housekeeping never did anything about it.

The location of this facility leaves you right in walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping attractions. Staff and quality of rooms is definitely a bargain for the hotels location to major attractions.

Don't stay at the Louisville, co one. Front desk very rude. Told me they were fun but someone was after me and didn't have reservations and found a room for them. No luggage carts to be found. I thought la Quintas were higher class but should've paid attention to the 2 stars. We said we were handicapped and she made us walk all the way around the building to the farthest room. Also found used bandaid on counter

Somewhat above average stay, marred by inadequate room prep (no standby extra roll of TP; no cups for coffee, water). Also worrisome insecure wifi: my phone warned me not to use it. But great location! Basically nice-looking hotel, room, breakfast was fine.

The rooms were clean and nice. However, the elevator had a couple of loose floor tiles, food "gunk" on one of the buttons, dirty floor, and chipped paint. We've been here for three days and it hasn't been cleaned. The sign out front also seems to need some maintenance. One of the sliding front doors is broken. Some of the staff members are not very friendly and do not appear to like their jobs. In general, this particular property doesn't seem as nice as other La Quintas where we have stayed. I was a bit surprised due to it being in Louisville, CO, which is a fairly affluent community.
