This place was disgusting it was full of ******* and homeless people. Very scary environment.

This hotel was very run down. The pictures on the internet are misleading. We also saw a mouse in our room. Lots of junk piled in hallways etc.

It was inexpensive. It wasn’t terrible but it is old and not kept up very well. It was clean and the mattress was nice. It was located in a sketchy area with a lot of homeless wandering around.

Mouse in our room. Bathroom sticky. Only cable with bad channels. Poor shower pressure. Staff were unkind. Area outside of hotel seemed dangerous

We traveled through many cities, many hotels and our best experience was at the Hotel Louisville. From the time we walked in and met Will working at the desk. We were a bit early for check in so we sat in the beautiful front salon while we waited. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, showered was great with toiletries supplied.
First appearance was a little shady, but this was an amazing place. They are very caring of people from all walks of life. I never felt unsafe. There was a live blues band playing on the Friday evening which was great. Then to our surprise we heard there was county music and line dancing in another hall on the other end of the hotel. We went, it was so much fun. Amazing country dancing. Highly recommend this place... Who need perfection, well if you do, the staff were amazing. Thanks again to Will.
