Small but nice hotel. Modest conditions. Good price. Great location, in the heart of the city, close to the station. Nice service. Good breakfast.

Sorry to have to say this but the point of the review is to be honest.
THEN catastrophic. Unsanitary, poorly frequented, certainly even a passing hotel because the entire ground floor was occupied by ladies who only work at night, and all night long the clientele came in and out with screams..... Just horrible when you has children in the House. Obviously the staff have never heard of this..
So we didn't sleep because between the screams... and the slamming doors we were even afraid to go out in the middle of the night to escape this horrible place.
The bathtub was unusable because it really cracked..
Unfortunately I do not recommend it at all, especially in the presence of children.

We just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us.
Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.

This hotel was great and it is walkable from station .I’m addition,it is very walkable to the Lourdes pilgrimage site.

I had a pleasant stay at the Petit Majestic hotel. The reception staff were helpful and courteous and the breakfast was reasonable. The room in Petit Majestic was okay. Definitely a budget room. Bed was comfortable and all the amenities worked fine. The room itself is small and dark and not well ventilated but if you are not in it for long. ie. Spending all the time in the sanctuary and grotto, it is fine. The noise was a little annoying outside from other guests and plumbing also was noisy, expecially at night.
Lourdes is a special place to visit.

Quelle honte de louer des chambres à 45 euros vu l'état de cet hôtel !!! Chambres vétustes, du moisi un peu partout dans la salle de bain, au moins 50 degrés au dernier étage, pas de climatisation.... J'avais hâte de partir. Si vous allez à Lourdes, autant mettre un peu plus cher pour aller dans un hôtel et non un taudi. A fuir absolument.
