Staff are friendly and helpful. Not much variety for breakfast but no issue for us. Can consider having a bidet toilet and provide either a sanitary bag or bin as well.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, Breakfast not too much variety. Not good to key in password after 6pm in order to get into the premise. Some how will create in convenience if we forgotten password as not able to speak even we call.

It's OK to check in late and pick up the key yourself. The front desk is quite welcoming. The rest is not good. The hotel does not have slippers. There is no free water. The bed is not big. Maybe it's like this in France. The door cannot be locked. Lightning protection 204

Simple but functional hotel, well located

The stay at this property was excellent. The hotel is located near the Sanctuary and the grotto and the bus stop, a few steps away from it, allows you to reach the attractions that Lourdes offers. Kindness and courtesy distinguishes the reception staff. I highly recommend booking at this apartment hotel, which offers a kitchenette, located inside the room, which is clean and bright. I hope to return soon. I thank the staff who fulfilled our requests.
