We had a corner room with a great river view for 3 adults. The shower seems to have molds on the wall. The room needs to be updated.

Convenience and proximity to the Grotto. Nearby restaurants. Room is updated. But the breakfast buffet is not worth 17 euros and the food is not well put together or tasty.

The hotel is convenient to the Lourdes shrine. The decor of the rooms appear to have been updated recently.

I found the food had significantly reduced in quality & choice since last year. My room was very strangely configured, having to leave the toilet & cross the room to use the bidet & wash handbasin. The carpet was very very worn and faded. The staff in the dining room were excellent

Camera molto carina e comoda, luminosa e pura. Letto confortevole. Comodi anche il bagno. Sala colazione e ristorante molto spaziosa. Prima Colazione a buffet ricca. Personale molto gentile, simpatico e pronto ad aiutarti in caso di necessità.

Hôtel qui mériterait un rafraîchissement la réception est le seul endroit qui justifie les 4 étoiles Dans les chambres un seul distributeur de produit douche pas d’autres produits de toilette et hygiène. Douche dans la baignoire qui est relativement haute à enjamber pas de tapis anti dérapant. Literie correcte et propre

Camera enorme con due ambienti separati tra zona vasca e WC e presenza di bidet. La camera con balcone e vista sul Gave è spettacolare. Personale reception (Isabella specialmente) super gentile. Posizione favorevole per raggiungere il Santuario e per arrivare alla fermata del bus diretto all'aeroporto. Letto e cuscini comodi. Buono il servizio di aria condizionata. Pessimo il wifii troppo spesso disconnesso. La colazione potrebbe essere maggiormente arricchita magari con qualche biscotto o torta in più. Ma comunque qualità buona.

We had a fantastic stay at The Solitude hotel. We were a small group of 11 and everyone loved the hotel. Staff were so friendly, room was gorgeous and the rooftop pool was an added bonus in 30 degree temperatures. Will definitely use this hotel again.
