To begin with I had the wrong room type but I can deal with that. what I could not deal with was the flea infestation that was in the room I was originally placed. After the third-party company assured me that somebody would be coming out to assist me after 45 minutes I went down to the front desk to get keys to a different room. I was in charged six dollars for laundry soap at 2 o’clock in the morning I was not planning on doing my blankets so my husband and I could sleep tonight as they now have fleas specifically a result to the room none of which was our fault. But he doesn’t apologize he doesn’t try to make it right. If anything he could’ve just put it in the room that I had originally wanted but no fleas in the new one so I can appreciate that I guess.

I would’ve given 5 stars, but we didn’t have hot water for our showers. Everything else was excellent! The room is clean & comfortable, as is the rest of the hotel. They even have a handicap accessible pool.For added convenience, there’s a brewery next door.

Someone stole cash out of my mother inlaws purse while we were eating dinner. Couldn't get housekeeping to leave toilet paper in the room when they made the beds had to go to front desk to get toilet paper. 3 people and a 1/4 roll of TP for a weeks stay Not to mention obvious lack of security the cameras didn't cover our so there is no video of our room being broken into.

The staff was very pleasant. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the place wasn’t filthy. The bed was comfortable. The toilet seat was broken. The bathtub had mold around the caulking and there was a big chip in it. The bathroom floor. Ugh!!! Gross!! The elevator and the lobby had filthy floors. The windows hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. If you don’t mind filthy floors and broken toilet seats it was ok.

Located at the west end of Loveland ,on State Road 34. a 30 minute scenic drive through Thompson River Canyon to Estes Park and the entryway to the Rocky Mountain national park.(How's that for a commercial?).The facilities are clean with a pool,hot tub and a small gym for working out.The staff was friendly,helpful and available. breakfast is available every morning .The views from the west side rooms are beautiful. We had a 2 queen bed suite.If you're wanting a base for travel in the Rockies this sure seems to be a great place to make it,,,

Not our first time here but last was better, if inhospitable demeanor was an olympic sport then the latin girl with the 2 inch nails that checked us in would have been a contender, being friendly is so easy yet not something she believes in. the room was as expected, breakfast not very good, with the egg substitute being just bad.
