Hotel Lovere Resort & Spa

We stayed in this hotel for a week, the location of the property is convenient for visiting the village and visiting the main places of interest. Excellent and varied breakfast, helpful and attentive staff. The only flaw is the room: dark, hot and without adequate ventilation due to the underground location. We asked for a solution as it was too hot but we were not given any solution. As for the structure, it is a bit old and poorly organised, reaching the floors is a bit of a labyrinth.

Hotel located in a very convenient place, you leave the car there and a nice walk takes you to the center. Super clean hotel, super friendly staff. My room 127 had the wall on the side of the bed that was crumbling. On the other hand, my aunts' room 112 is a fairy tale, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfast with a wide choice of food, fresh croissants, everything was excellent, even the waitresses. The spa was very clean and nice. The girl at the reception deserves a million points for her kindness and advice. Viviana you were a really kind girl. I would happily recommend it again.

Let me start by saying that, for work, I visit many hotels in northern Italy. For a 4 star, this hotel is, like many establishments, unfortunately, old and the rooms are "cold". Despite the lake view of my room, I don't feel "at home", a feeling I experience in other structures. A further flaw was finding a good number of ants going back and forth between the window and the bed, only to then realize that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast is also not up to the paper level of the structure.

Premetto che se la struttura fosse stata classificata come un 2 stelle avrei lasciato un punteggio superiore, ma in quanto si definisce un 4 stelle più di due stelle non mi sento di lasciarle. Servizio in reception nettamente sotto le aspettative, quando un cliente arriva normalmente si aspetta una quantomeno minima parvenza di accoglienza cosa che nn è avvenuta, non un sorriso, zero empatia, zero spiegazioni esaurienti sul funzionamento della struttura e dei servizi offerti ma anche su cosa fare e vedere nel borgo di Lovere invece ZERO. Non devo essere io a chiedere tutto dovete essere voi a fornirmi tutte le info preventivamente. La stanza pulita ma nonostante la Presenza della sauna privata (nuova e funzionante) il resto era costituito da parti nuove e parti logore e scrostate, le tende facevano filtrare la Luce dall esterno rendendo impossibile riposare, l’aria condizionata faceva un rumore sinistro e poco conciliante, il pulsante per scaricare l’acqua del Wc rimanere bloccato ogni volta che veniva azionato. La struttura è molto labirintica e di difficile lettura. Abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto Boscolo definito “Fughe d’amore” ma la Definirei più una fuga da un incubo, la fantomatica bottiglia di benvenuto inclusa nel pacchetto era mezza bottiglia di “PROSECCO MASCHIO” da 300ml tenuta nel frigo bar manco segnalata, leggendo le altre recensioni ho riscontrato le stesse carenze da me riscontrate, sinceramente leggendo le Risposte date dall’albergo ho notato che c è zero voglia di prendere le critiche in maniera costruttiva e screditando quanto segnalato dagli ospiti e anteponendo scuse, non credo sia l approccio migliore da adottare se l intenzione è quella di migliorarsi. La Spa fatiscente non rinnovata personale pressoché inesistente e poco proattivo, se arrivo alla spa a fronte di 18 € di tariffa mi auguro che qualcuno mi accolga già spiegandomene il funzionamento non che debba sentirmi dire: “ avete bisogno che vi spieghi come funziona?” , comunque non lo consiglio assolutamente prendetevi un appartamento che fate una scelta indubbiamente migliore.

Ho soggiornato con smartbox.Hotel in una bella posizione fronte lago, con parcheggio coperto.Personale molto gentile.Camera con vista dietro all'hotel,non fronte lago ma molto rilassante,senza rumori esterni.Molto pulito ovunque.Colazione abbondante con brioshe e torte molto buone,Anche il pranzo e la cena tutto squisito al Ristorante Pinocchio, che si trova nello stesso caseggiato dell'Hotel.Consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura utilizzando uno Smartbox, aggiungendo una seconda notte e una piccola differenza per avere una camera standard con un letto matrimoniale regolare e non alla francese. La camera e il bagno davvero molto spaziosi e puliti ma con un'aria un po' vintage che poco si addice con le 4 stelle dell'hotel. Ottimo il servizio del parcheggio incluso e la sala colazione con una vista sul lago davvero invidiabile. Anche il buffet non è certo quello che ci si aspetta da un hotel di quella categoria se fossimo stati in un tre stelle non ci sarebbe stato niente da dire. Una nota di merito per chi fa' le camere e per tutto il personale di sala molto cortese e gentile. Forse sarebbe bastato nella camera avere un illuminazione diversa, qualche tocco di colore in più per renderla più accogliente e aggiustare un po' la colazione per rendere questo hotel una chicca.

Together with my wife and my son we stayed in this property for one night. The structure is very simple to reach with an external and covered car park made available to us by the reception. Crossing the road you arrive directly on the shore of the lake. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and smiling. For the following morning we booked the Spa, entry is two hours. The spa is also very clean and very quiet, probably also because there is less turnout in the morning. Even my 10 year old son had the opportunity to access it (other facilities, including spas, do not allow access to children). Very good and plentiful breakfast, particular praise for the croissants, the best I have ever found in a breakfast buffet. If I can give some advice, take greater care, even just visually, of the back of the hotel.

We stayed overnight with Wonderbox. The box set included a night with breakfast for two people, and two hours in the hotel spa (sauna, swimming pool, etc.) Everything ok, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, room with large bed despite the box set indicating a French bed . Regarding the spa, I only used the swimming pool, my husband also used the sauna. Everything OK. Dinner at the hotel, at the Pinocchio restaurant where we also benefit from a 10% discount. There is a varied menu to choose from, friendly staff and average prices.
