Wir haben auf der Durchreise hier übernachtet und sind ohne besondere Erwartungen angereist. Verlassen haben wir den Mettner Hof mit einem Gefühl der Begeisterung. Über die Herzlichkeit des Chefs, die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und vor allem über eines der besten Abendessen jemals. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Frühstücksbuffet leider nicht verfügbar. Also müssen wir wohl noch einmal zurückkommen. Denn wenn das Frühstück nur halb so lecker ist, wie das, was wir zum Abendessen im Biergarten serviert bekamen, lohnt sich der weite Weg auf jeden Fall. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut ok. Ich kann den Mettner Hof auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

A beautiful hotel that is super suitable for short or long stays. We were very friendly and the hotel is in a state of innocuity. The location is super, but something has disturbed, but the hotel cannot do anything about it is that in Deggendorf some carpools appear to have been on the road the nearby parking lot of a retail centre held their meetings. These were painted by a loud nervous porcelain with sound sound of music and sound motor noises. This is where the city should do something.

Super breakfast with over 50 tea varieties. The house has come somewhat in the years but very clean. Rooms are large, the bathroom is quite modern. Located 10 minutes walk from the Deggendorf old town and is dog friendly. However, the four legs have been expensive for a short time.

Breakfast was very moderate ... Mostly fat and there was no choice of bread types. The bathroom was very dirty and in the washboard was water in the previous people ... sheets were standing and clearly not washed ... Think that the bed was made alone.

GGuest UserThe lobby is beautiful and there are comfortable sitting areas both inside and outside. The room was bright and smelled clean and fresh. There were little chocolates and earplugs on our pillows. The bathroom was small, but comfortable and had little amenities such as shower caps, lotion and sponges. The shower door did leak, though. There was a lovely minibar in the room with drinks and snacks that were reasonably priced. Parking was a problem. There is a garage, but the incline is so steep, that we couldn't drive down it without damaging the car. We had to find parking on the street. The hotel was located a little farther away from the city center as we thought, but not really bad. It's a nice walk downhill and over a bridge.

GGuest UserA delightful town, on a peninsular between the rivers Danube and Inn. Formerly a very powerful Prince Bishopric. Short taxi ride (or walk?) from the station. My first, and I hope not my last, visit. I urge you to stay at the Passauer Wolf. The front door opens onto the historic centre, and the back door onto the Danube Promenade. Very comfortable room with good bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet, served in a room overlooking the Danube. Staff very pleasant and helpful. No restaurant, but the hotel has a bar and a small roof terrace. For an evening stroll, the Inn promenade is preferable to the Danube, which is where the huge cruise ships are moored.

GGuest UserEntspannte Tage verbracht. Nur ein kleiner Unfall mit der Liege am Pool. Aber alles halb so schlimm. Komme sehr gerne wieder. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Essen spitze. Highlight war für mich der beheizte Außenpool. Leider mussten wir heute früher abreisen aus privaten Gründen. Ansonsten hätten wir den Wellnessbereich noch länger genutzt. 🌞😃👍

GGuest UserWaldkirchen is a place where you don't directly note from the name that it offers a lot, whether it is a unknown distillery, nature, hiking paths, a curry park etc. The hotel newly acquired by the Achat Group is located on the edge of Waldkirchen in The hotel is a little angled and people with a hiding restriction would certainly have difficulties here. After the takeover, some changes will still have to be made. The room was decent, perhaps somewhere already taken. The parking situation before the hotel was good, with a complete reservation you have to avoid something. The breakfast did not give rise to any challenge, except for the service, which was partly somewhat unconscious and did not know exactly what to do. This led to a partly lack of carpet. Overall, however, we had a positive impression and a clear trend for repeating.

GGuest UserDie Lage ist schön und man hat einige Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung zum Essen und trinken. Die Biergärten an der Isar sind sehr gut! Das Hotel selbst war schlichtweg überfordert. Wir hatten vor Monate schon gebucht und uns auf diese Grupenreise gefreut. Als wir ankamen waren die Zimmer um 19.30Uhr nicht fertig. Also gingen wir in der Nähe Essen und kamen gegen 22.30Uhr wieder um die Zimmer zu beziehen. Betten gemacht aber Bad war nicht sauber! Am nächsten Morgen haben wir das reklamiert und darum gebeten, die Flecken der Vorgänger doch bitte zu beseitigen. Es wurde zwar etwas gereinigt aber der Boden war dreckig und man hatte schwarze Füße bekommen wenn man durch das Zimmer gelaufen war. Verwunderlich war, das jeden Abend trotz Personalmangel Hochzeiten durchgeführt wurden wenn man das ”normale” Geschäft nicht berherrscht. Schade aber hier muss sich was ändern, so ist das Hotel nur mit schlechtem Gewissen weiter zu empfehlen.
