Check-in requires scanning the code to register information on the website, but the 2 rooms given on the day both smelled of cigarettes, and one of them smelled extremely strong. I asked to change it on the spot, but they said there was no room available. The room windows are sealed glass and cannot be opened. The front desk said they would change it the next day, but they didn't take the initiative to change it. Because I checked out at midnight the next day, I didn't force it. I was forced to breathe secondhand smoke for 2 days, which is the main reason for the low score. The breakfast is mainly Indonesian local flavor, and the Western style is only muffins, omelette, toast. Food is available 24 hours a day, but it is mainly local fried food, fried fish and fried chicken, which is too greasy.
