Hanting Hotels in Lu'an

This was my first time experiencing the Hanting Hotel in New Metropolis, having previously stayed at other hotels. This three-day experience was absolutely fantastic! It will definitely be my first choice next time! First of all, the receptionists were incredibly attentive. During check-in, they asked if I needed two room keys, and later, when I locked the door twice to get takeout, they were very patient and polite in getting a third key. They even let me choose my own room. Later, when I checked out, they proactively called and texted to ask if I wanted my things and offered to keep them safe – thank you so much! They also provided a free refrigerator. Secondly, the cleaning lady and the repairman were also super polite, greeting me every time we met. The room was huge – one camera couldn't capture it all! The soundproofing was excellent, and the laundry room was high-end with a dryer – so convenient! I also tried the gym, which was fantastic! The location is excellent, close to Hongjie and New Metropolis, and super convenient for eating Haidilao! It's truly top-tier, my number one choice. Thank you!

The sound insulation effect of the room is not very good, which affects the rest and needs to be improved...

The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation, comprehensive facilities, and clean, tidy rooms, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel also thoughtfully provided bedtime porridge. The front desk staff, including Zhou Zhou, offered excellent and warm service, making it a great value for money.

房間很小，窗户朝向十字路口的馬路，且是小窗户，這都不是重點，最主要房間的隔音很差很差，剛好前晚遇到不自覺的住户，半夜隔壁的説話，關門聲等，都很大聲，就跟在自己身邊一樣，吵得一夜沒閤眼！不會再去這家了！

I drove from Xi'an to Shanghai, from Shanghai to Xi'an, Suzhou, Nanjing, Lu'an, Wuhan, Xuchang, Zhengzhou, Nanyang and other places, all the way around, all the way to Hanting company! But the only thing that makes me feel the best is this Hanting hotel in Lu'an, Anhui. The room is bright, clean and tidy, the night is quiet and comfortable, and there is no smell! The front desk lady is warm and warm! It should have been a member of the Huazhu Club. Since I got off the expressway from Lu'an and placed an order from Trip.com , the front desk lady also sent a warm breakfast. When I left the hotel, the front desk lady also sent me two bottles of water. I told me to drive more and rest safely! Feel intimate and warm, here five-star praise! Friends who see passing by Lu'an or travel to Lu'an, go to experience it in person, will not regret, will not step on thunder!

This stay was exceptionally good; the attention to detail was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The cleanliness was truly remarkable; even the mirrors were sparkling clean. I really liked the pillows at Hanting; they were the perfect height and very comfortable to lie on. The room was well-soundproofed. The facilities were complete, and the internet was fast. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This stay experience exceeded expectations! The front desk service was timely, meeting my room selection needs, the service was warm, the room was clean and tidy, the health was very good, the bedding was comfortable to sleep, and I could sleep until dawn. 房間登錄wife密碼好麻煩的！！要登錄個什麼東才能登錄。要麼就得把電視開着才能用！哪有這樣的呀？這個需要改進一下。 開發票也是！非要登錄一個什麼東西，才能開。真是從未遇見過。 房間空調聲音響，晚上好像還有知了在叫，很吵。 整體的體驗感不好。 服務態度倒是蠻好。

酒店在馬路的十字路口很好找，停車場在酒店門口非常方便，酒店房間乾淨整潔，每個房間送4瓶水，樓下餐廳的安徽菜味道不錯，不用跑到外面吃飯了。
