酒店整體風格多樣，有成熟風也有小年輕，可以滿足所有人羣體消費，如果添加小商鋪就更好了，夜晚在酒店湖邊散步好像找到年輕談戀愛的感覺，總之還挺喜歡的，沒有讓我失望，再次推薦給大家，前台領班個子不高但是服務超好，很親切

酒店大廳設計非常大氣，高雅，酒店外面風景優美，綠樹成蔭，修剪的都很漂亮，工作人員1102熱情熟練，非常不錯！酒店房間即乾淨又整潔，衞生做的仔細，早餐18元一位也不貴，是自助中式早餐，性價比很高！

西海酒店是我住過價格最優惠，房間和服務又非常好的一家酒店，如果想安靜還是得首選度假村酒店，據前台領班介紹酒店每天都是爆滿的，想訂房就要提前下單，不然容易搶不到，房間隔音很贊，我愛人和孩子都非常喜歡這裏！所以推薦給更多的人

前台處理問題態度不行。有點傲慢。
我的訂單訊息是提前入住的，8:00入住，7點53到店，前台告知昨天有旅遊團，滿房。叫我等，我説等10幾分鐘可以了吧！前台説不確定，那就等吧！這時聽到邊上有退房的，我説收拾房間10幾分鐘可以了吧，前台還説不確定。這我就有點火了，就聯繫了攜程客服。而且全程沒聽到一句酒店表示抱歉的話。
攜程客服小晨很差勁，老是不解決問題，也叫我等，也不説等多久，就説酒店有空房會安排入住，還問我急不急着入住，然後推薦更換方案老是推薦評分比現有訂單低的。
後面電話攜程客服，這第二個攜程客服就好多了，告訴我等10幾分鐘就夠了。還申請了優惠券。
然後到前台確認，前台説可以辦入住。關鍵是酒店前台都沒有表示抱歉的話，説句對不起有那麼難嗎？反而感覺好像是我多事了。
這次不給差評了，畢竟沒有造成什麼大的損失，也就比訂單入住時間延遲了10幾分鐘。
