After dinner on Red Street, I found a hotel nearby. At the beginning, I was going to set another one (the name of the hotel is 2 more words). I read it wrong. I placed an order and became this hotel. I didn’t want to change it. I just checked in. It was very treasured. I was not disappointed. First of all, the young lady at the front desk was very gentle. The voice is small, the smile is very nice, and the room is very large. I took my parents on a trip around China and came to Anhui. We passed through Lu'an on our way back to Xi'an from Huangshan. It was a strange city and a strange hotel, but it really surprised me. The overall Jiangnan courtyard is perfectly combined with modern Chinese style, which is great, and it is unique and ingenious. The hardware facilities are first-class and the details are in place, which is really not comparable to ordinary famous hotels. I booked two days during the Qingming Festival for more than 500 yuan a night, and the price-performance ratio was directly full. The next day, I also upgraded the hot spring room for free. Because I complained before that Kaiyuan Chinese Restaurant was seriously standardized nationwide and had no local characteristics! This time I got a lot of improvement and praise. While enjoying the beautiful scenery, I can also find local delicacies on the tip of my tongue. Lu'an is really a good place. 我的訂單訊息是提前入住的，8:00入住，7點53到店，前台告知昨天有旅遊團，滿房。叫我等，我説等10幾分鐘可以了吧！前台説不確定，那就等吧！這時聽到邊上有退房的，我説收拾房間10幾分鐘可以了吧，前台還説不確定。這我就有點火了，就聯繫了攜程客服。而且全程沒聽到一句酒店表示抱歉的話。
攜程客服小晨很差勁，老是不解決問題，也叫我等，也不説等多久，就説酒店有空房會安排入住，還問我急不急着入住，然後推薦更換方案老是推薦評分比現有訂單低的。
後面電話攜程客服，這第二個攜程客服就好多了，告訴我等10幾分鐘就夠了。還申請了優惠券。
然後到前台確認，前台説可以辦入住。關鍵是酒店前台都沒有表示抱歉的話，説句對不起有那麼難嗎？反而感覺好像是我多事了。
這次不給差評了，畢竟沒有造成什麼大的損失，也就比訂單入住時間延遲了10幾分鐘。
